This company will not reply to my requests for an EXCHANGE on my dime. If you buy from these people, be prepared to never get any issues resolved. They do not respond to ANY ISSUE. They have all if the fancy legal yap about no hassle refunds and goofy rules. CRICKETS!

Do not buy from this company. I had the bag for one month the handle fell off and the bottom peg fell off. I contacted the company and they would not replace the bag or make good on it.

These bags are knock-offs of designer bags, which is fine. From a distance, they may look like the real thing. I ordered a couple for $64.00 each during a sale, but I don't think they are worth even that discounted price. According to their social media ads, the leather is supposed to be buttery soft and well-made.

I ordered the Warkin bag, a Birkin knock-off. The first bag I received had several issues: I couldn’t close the straps because they were too short, there was a mysterious white substance on the back of the purse, and it had a strange smell. Additionally, the flap at the top of the bag wasn't stitched—just a black piece of rubbery plastic.

I did contact the company via email, sent photos, and managed to get a full refund. You have to be patient since they are located on the other side of the world. The second bag I received was better made, but it still had a plastic smell that aired out over time. I'm not sure what type of leather they are using; it seems more like pleather. Overall, I suggest not wasting your money on these bags.

I ordered the genuine LEATHER version of a Warkin 25 bag, navy color, in the amount of $135...double the price of the non-leather bag. Although the bag is attractive, I suspect that the bag I received is NOT leather but the synthetic version. There are several reasons for my complaint. 1) There is nothing on the bag to indicate that it is constructed of leather, no materials tag, nothing in the shipping packaging that lists product material content. 2) Genuine leather has a distinctive scent and feel. This bag smelled of chemicals like that of synthetic materials and it is very soft and pliable, not firm to the touch like leather. 3) The clochette was defective in that it did not have a slit on the strap to attach it to the bag. Upon cutting a small slit to attach the clochette to the bag I discovered the material to be synthetic adhered to an extremely thin layer of "leather". I contacted the company with my concerns but have not received a reply.

Quite shocking. I bought one handbag which turned out to be perfectly good so i then bought three more. All three were wrong in various ways so I asked to send them back. The company has done everything it can to prevent me sending them back and getting a refund. I have explained many times that it is the law that they need to refund an online purchase for any reason but they are twisting and turning in every way to stop it. Don't buy from this company as they do not intend to abide by the law.
