Very slow delivery
Very slow delivery. Promised next day dispatch but my order didn't leave the warehouse for 8 days then 5 day delivery. Not good enough

Terrible delivery, product wrong plug
Update from previous review - lamp finally arrived but it’s an EU plug not a UK plug! Bought from a UK website….very annoying I can’t even test it without buying an adapter.

You should stop taking orders until you have resolved the issues with orders placed and paid for

We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. After checking the tracking information, we can see that your order was shipped in multiple parcels and that only the lampshade has been delivered so far. The remaining part of your order is still on its way to you.
Please note that the UK plug adapter is included with one of the parcels that has not yet been delivered. We therefore expect you to receive this shortly together with the remainder of your order.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope the remaining parcels reach you very soon.
EU plug on product sold to UK (customer service fixed)
The lamp itself looks great. Frustratingly, it is being sold to the UK with an EU plug on it (which isnt mentioned anywhere on the .co.uk website). I had to buy an adapter to use it. I also sent a feedback message to the business, via their website. No response. Buyer beware, I guess.
*Update* - Customer service helpfully took a look at the issue after reading my review and have arranged for a missing plug adapter to be sent (the warehouse missed this step originally). Thanks to them for helping.

After reviewing our records, we can see that we only received a request regarding the exchange of the item for the same product in a different colour. Unfortunately, we have not been able to locate any previous contact regarding the delayed delivery, the adapter issue, or the flickering light.
We would very much like to review these concerns as well. Could you please contact us at info@lampandlight.co.uk with your order number and details of the issues you experienced? For the flickering light, a short video would also be helpful if possible.

Very disappointing service
Very disappointed I ordered a lamp, which I was expecting to be delivered from the UK. After waiting 5 days part of the lamp arrived and then after waiting another 2 days the base finally arrived. I was so disappointed to find that the base was badly damaged and had a euro plug attached. I had to arrange a collection and print off labels and 3 copies of invoices to return through customs, which is not ideal especially if you didn’t have a printer. I ordered a replacement and have waited for confirmation of my delivery. After another 5 days still no updates. Not very impressive 😒
