LSR have done a first class job on my Scarper walking boots that needed a new sole. I can highly recommend.

After speaking to LSR about a repair to a my down jacket and it being a difficult task, I was overwhelmed by the excellent work they did and I would highly recommend and use them again in the future.

I took my LOWA boots to Lancashire Sports Repairs for a resole because I have used them before and trust the standard they work to.
These boots are part of my working kit. As a former soldier and now a serving NHS paramedic, I am on my feet for long hours in all sorts of conditions, so they are not something I take lightly. When you find somewhere that does a job properly, you go back.
Calling into the shop was easy and relaxed. We had a normal conversation about the boots and what needed doing. I was given clear advice and realistic expectations. It felt honest and straightforward, which goes a long way.
The resole has been done to a very high standard. The sole is well fitted and secure, and the boots feel solid again underfoot. They look right and, more importantly, they feel ready for the miles ahead. It is good to get them back and know they are sound.
The price was fair for the work involved, especially considering the quality of the boots and the standard of the repair.
It is reassuring to deal with people who take pride in their craft.
I will continue to use Lancashire Sports Repairs and would happily recommend them.

My Seasalt go-to lightweight waterproof jacket was coming apart at the seams - at least the waterproof seams inside had parted company with the jacket around the neck and shoulders. I was quoted an amount via email, packaged up my jacket and sent it. The amount was taken by phone, and a few weeks later my jacket appeared in the post, good as new. Seasalt used to offer a repair service, but no longer. Now I know who to send things to for care and excellent service.

My much loved and used Patagonia ski pants were wearing thin on the backside. LSR quoted a very reasonable price and have made a very strong repair that will extend the life of these pants by at least ten years I’d say. Brilliant people, brilliant service. Thanks.

LSR did a bespoke job for me putting a raise into a Dolomite approach shoe. The workmanship is excellent with great care having been taken with both function and aesthetic. The service and customer care was also excellent and I would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Brilliant service! Fixed my trusted Gore Tex jacket in no time and to the highest standard. Will definitely use them again.

I sent my Mountain Equipment Kongur jacket to Lancashire Sports Repairs for a full seam re-tape, new Velcro cuff tabs, and a full reproof.

On the outward journey the jacket went AWOL with FedEx (my choice of courier and not LSR’s fault – choose your courier carefully, people!), but it eventually made it to them. Once it arrived, I got a call from LSR to say they could do all the work requested, but after inspecting it they explained the jacket only needed the top half re-taping. That honesty saved me some money, which I really appreciated.

The total turnaround was about six weeks, and the jacket was returned via DHL on a next day delivery – DHL performed much better than FedEx! Communication throughout was excellent, with updates at every stage.

The workmanship was second to none. If you didn’t know what work had been carried out, you’d never know – and to be honest, even knowing what they’ve done, I still can’t tell.

The weekend after getting it back, I tested it properly on Dartmoor in five hours of torrential, on a Mountain Leader navigation weekend in horizontal wind blown rain – and the waterproof jacket was just that: waterproof. Thanks LSR!

I had the lining in my Belstaff jacket and a rucksack repaired by LSR. The workmanship was excellent! Very good service from start to finish.

Had some Richa textile trousers that I've had years, and unfortunately the one leg got burnt against the exhaust, and since Richa discontinued this type of trouser, I needed somewhere to repair them.
Took them to LSR, and they completely repaired them to a standard, you'd never know of any damage or repair at all.

I cannot praise Lancashire Sports Repairs highly enough . My Trezeta boots required extensive repairs after 7 years wear . I tried to replace them with new ones but was unable to find any that were as comfortable as my old boots. They required new soles, eyelet repairs, new linings plus a patch to mend a hole in the leather . I was warned that the repairs may take several weeks but it was well worth the wait. The repairs look really good and after several months of walking in them they appear to be very durable. Thank you so much Lancashire sports repairs.

Needed to send 2 sets of poles for repair. Sent up to them on the Monday with delivery Tuesday and was called at 9:30am on the Wednesday to say repairs were done.

The repairs cost less than I expected them to be and the poles were shipped and back with me by the Thursday.

Great service and great repairs. Highly recommend these guys for any repair needs with your camping gear.

I've just received my trusty 12 year old Scarpa SL boots back from LSR after a resole. You clearly have some talented people on the team as the overall result is amazing, the new sole blends perfectly into the original boot. Looking forward to getting many more years' use out of them now. Took approx 3 months all in, but this was made clear when ordering so was fine with me.

The soles on my old pair of Berghaus walking boots had worn down over time. I sent them off to LSR at the beginning of February; they were returned with replacement Vibram soles within 6 weeks (better than the expected timeframe).
Excellent repair, the boots are good for many years of continued use.

I sent my over 10-year-old Helly Hansen boots for repair after the soles had worn down. Unfortunately, Helly Hansen doesn’t offer a repair service and only suggested buying a new pair. I wanted to extend the life of my boots instead of replacing them, and I’m glad I found this company!

They replaced the outer sole unit with a Vibram sole (£70 per pair) and also had to re-adhere both midsoles (£15 per pair). The return postage was £9, bringing the total cost to £94—a fair price for excellent craftsmanship.

The quality of work is outstanding. The boots feel solid, the new soles have given them a fresh lease of life, and the repair has been done to a high standard. The service was professional, efficient, and friendly, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

What stars the people at Lancashire sports repair are!! I nearly bought new boots, then decided against it as I love my boots! They returned today, fabulously resoled. They stayed in touch and replied quickly to my messages.
