A huge thank you on behalf of Fochabers Scout Troop for the repairs that you recently carried out on our Hike Tent inners. We are absolutely delighted with the service you gave and the repairs are fantastic. You would never know the repairs had been carried out. Furthermore as a charity we only have limited funds and found your pricing at a suitable level to allow us to repair tents that would have cost almost £1000 to replace.

My husband’s Spyder ski jacket came out of the wash with 4 of the pockets totally unglued. LSR repaired the jacket at a very reasonable price. The quality of the repair was great and the jacket was returned very promptly - we paid for express delivery which guarantees 1 week turnaround but it was returned much more quickly than that.

An excellent service! Repaired my non-waxed but waterproof Barbour coat and returned it within the week (paid extra for express service). I'm very pleased and would recommend.

I recently had a NZ Macpac jacket repaired by LSR and what a fantastic service from beginning to end. I have just received the jacket and the repair to the sleeve is immaculate, you would think fairies had worked on it overnight. Absolutely superb and thank you SO much. Very easy to make the initial order online, contacted by LSR re price and estimate re return date. Excellent service and updates from Fed-ex. Absolutely fab, pity LSR doesn’t run the NHS.

I have just received my coat back after using this company for the second time and I can’t recommend them highly enough. On both occasions they have fitted new zips to down filled jackets (Montane and Mountain Equipment)- the results are excellent and will allow me to continue wearing these coats for years to come. Much better value than buying new (often inferior) replacements. Excellent communication and good value imho. Thank you 🙂

A godsend. Have used them for years when required, and they have always provided a faultless service. This time it was a jacket and a rucksack. The jacket was torn in a number of places but came back with none of the repairs even visible. Rucksack the same. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Repaired a pair of Hanwang hiking boots that survived India / Pakistan and Thailand. Replaced inner and outer soles, the boots now look the same as when they were bought. Paid for the quick turnaround. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

Absolutely brilliant repair done on an Arc’teryx Theta AR Goretex pro jacket with loads of life left in it, but failed taped seams.

They also fixed a poorly done historic repair on the cuffs, again, a top job.

Turn around was about six weeks, as I was informed it would be.

I bought some brand new Picture ski trousers from Ellis Brigham, however they were far too long so the lady in Ellis Brigham recommended this company for the alterations. I didn't just want them taken up from the bottom as they had some lovely detail across the hem, so this company took the extra length out of the middle of the leg. The result is fantastic! You can't tell at all. The trousers even had a 'pully' system in the leg (allowing you to pull them up when you aren't wearing your ski boots) and this company were even able to save that feature. I travelled 2 hours across the Pennines to take them in personally. They were so good when I visited and took the time to allow me to try them on etc. They posted them back to me to save me another 4 hour trip. Fantastic service and highly recommended.

Had my Hanwag leather walking boots resoled this week with the express service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Lancashire Sport Repairs. The repairs were carried out to the highest of standards. I can wholeheartedly recommend LSR to anyone. Superb company and employees.

Very pleasant and efficient to deal with. They washed two down sleeping bags, one not washed since new in 1978 and the other since new in 2004. Came back quickly and results were amazing! Smell gone and the loft in the down was restored to original spec. Not cheap but worth every penny.

I was told by a Cobbler in Settle that my 10 year old Meindl walking boots were beyond repair.
I was about to put them in a Cotswolds re-cycling bin when a salesman told me about LSR.
My boots are now re-soled, as good as new and still fit perfectly, all at a fraction of the cost of a new pair.

Contacted Lancashire sports repairs over a broken tent pole I had for a Coleman tent. I left it a bit late to get fixed, so I called them to see if they’d be able to fix it, and supply a couple of spare sections by a certain date if we dropped off/collected. The guy on the phone was very friendly, and helpful. When we arrived, the man in the office was so lovely. Very welcoming and accommodating. Absolutely phenomenal service, went above and beyond for us. Customer service is second to none, I can’t praise this company enough. Any issues in the future with the tent, this will definitely be our first point of call. Thanks so much!

Exceptional service, I needed a set of replacement poles for a Coleman tent.
I called to enquire about availability and was advised that they would call me when they received a delivery from Coleman.
As promised someone called back and I ordered the item.
24 hours later the poles were delivered to my home.
The service from LSR was at all times friendly, courteous and efficient and I will most certainly use them again and would definitely recommend anyone who values good traditional customer service to support this company.

Good quality repairs made to an Arc’Teryx hardshell at far less cost than replacing an otherwise perfectly serviceable coat. More sustainable solution too and very happy with the service from LSR again.

I just had the main zip on my Goretex motorcycle jacket replaced by this company, and have to say that their workmanship, and service, was 1st rate. The zip, IMHO, actually looks better than the original. Their communication was excellent, pricing was better than fair, and turn around time was better than expected. I will definitely be using them for my future repair needs and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
