The customer service from viewing to purchase has been nothing short of exceptional from all of the team at Nobel Park! In particular I had regular contact with Lily and Nikki who are extremely professional and friendly.
I am 2 days into owning the property with only a small handful of minor snags. I'm very pleased with the service and product to this point!

I bought home from L&G and service is very good initially however once you transfer to extended warranty you get cala customer service and not happy with single person in team. Mine was handle by building manager then transfer under customer service. I moved into my property year back however there are multiple issues not solved properly.

Purchased a property at Cross Tree Park, Shrivenham. Sales team are fantastic however after we moved in and handed over to their so called customer care team the problems begin. Appalling customer care, they challenge the majority of issues and try and blame the customer for substandard products used when building. Emails received from customer care have been extremely rude and they treat their customers with nothing but contempt and disrespect. I requested to speak to a senior manager to make a formal complaint, and what a surprise have heard nothing back, not even an email.

The houses are bad, not properly designed.
The whitewares provided are cheapest in the market. Does not fit in the places they are supposed to.
Building managers are worst, they don't even respond to queries and its hard to reach them.
But when it comes to payments, they will hunt you to grave.
There is no security in building, they have some cameras in building but none of them works when you ask for any footage.

Good experience in booking. We have booked a property at Finchwood park. I have to say we have had a good experience till now and with thorough communications, things have been going well.

Not sure where to even start with our experience of Legal and General (Cala Homes). They are such a bad quality builder with no care for its customers. We have been in our new home for nearly a year and still continue to have issues. We've had some major issues in our house. They boast buying new is better as it's a blank canvas and less maintenance, but our Cala Home has had more issues than a 100 year old cottage we have previously owned. My suggestion is go look at Bloor Homes - our previous house was Bloor and had a handful of snags - this house, we had over 200 and some pretty major ones too - New bifolds as couldn't lock for months (not exaggerating here!), had to have the stairwell wall taken out and redone, bay window had to come out and be redone, new front doors, garden dug up completely. They had covered the vents in black electrical tape instead of installing colour matched vents. Flooring laid incorrectly, tiles missing from roof, garage cracking and now cracks up the walls. Mortar used is crumbling, fences were against planning conditions, the list just goes on and on. Their customer service is non-existent and things only get done if you escalate. The attitude from the customer services is shocking. We've been discriminated against on many occasions. I would avoid buying a cala home at all cost. You will regret it and have a headache for ages and it will impact your mental health. Also they offset this like carbon emissions, by sponsoring and fundraising for Samaritans, but should just address how they deal with customers (and staff) who are all off on stress leave by the way.

Very bad experience with L&G . I bought a commercial property from them no one to contact I have left review on google and owner reply to send more details about the property and I did it’s been five days now no response from owner. Very bad service after promising but still no response. Shame
