Landlord Vision Avis 

When I have a problem, as one does with any long term supplier, and with understanding how the software works (usually my misunderstanding), the reason I love Landlord Vision is the speed with which they resolve these problems and answer my questions. I'm dealing with real people at the other end of the email/help request, not a faceless chatbox. And they behave like real people, with empathy and proactive help.

We have 30 properties on Landlord Vision, easy to use and keep track of the rents and legal docs.
Support is excellent, responses within minutes.

I have been using Landlord Vision for several years now having moved from their previous Landlord Property Manager. I also looked into using Xero. I find the software meets all my needs as a landlord, in terms of the accounting side as well as managing my tenancies, banking, mortgages, certificates etc.
What I find incredibly helpful is the support side, they are always incredibly quick at responding and explain processes clearly. Thank you!

Having used Landlord vision for a while now very successfully, I unfortunately made a few mistakes and got in a total mess reconciling the bank account. I tried and tried and couldn't sort it.
I remembered that there was a support phone number and called it.
Despite me not being to hear very well, Roy was extremely patient with me and step by step he took me through the process of unravelling the mess that I'd made. He was fantastic and everything balances as it should now.
Normally the programme is extremely easy to use so I don't expect to have this happen again, but if I do, I know that help is only a phone call away with no waiting.

I have used this software for many years. There have been several evolutions and this latest one is an absolute cracker. The interface is smooth, intuitive and very user friendly but if you do need any support all requests for help are met with a swift response from an actual person. The software is regularly updated and each iteration is user led and worthy. For any landlord or agent this database will hold every piece of information you could ever need in one place. The system will instigate and track any job from request for a quote to invoicing, payment and account reconciliation. If you didn’t get on with the older version of Landlord Vision do yourself a big favour and try this new version. Take my word for it it’s the best there is.

The support from LLV help desk is phenomenal, they are friendly, efficient, easy to talk to even though computer language is difficult on some of us, LOL
They will solve the problem, query and explain how so you learn to be able to fix the issue by yourself.
