Landlord Vision Avis 

The customer service was excellent. Very quick to get back to me on each occasion, offered solutions to the problems and dealt with the issue immediately.

This app is crap. Doesn't have a lot of features to make work easier.

As a single property landlord I had been using a spreadsheet for record keeping but felt bespoke landlord software might make the work simpler. After trialing several packages I discovered Landlord Vision and found it suited my purposes perfectly. It is a fully featured package and any one not used to this kind of software may, initially, find it a bit over whelming. Having said that after twenty minutes of exploring LV I soon found what function the various menus controlled and the potential of the programme became apparent. I found the whole thing easier to operate than the various other packages I trialed. It is reasonably intuitive but should the user lose their way LV's customer service is second to none and a lesson many other companies could learn from.
There is a full selection of reports including accounts reports. Indeed each year I fill in the required income and outgoings, save the various account reports as a PDF, email them to my accountant and he does the rest. In fact when I first started using LV he pointed out how impressed he was with the available reports.
Landlord Vision is ideal for my purposes and I see no reason why others with single or multi property portfolios would not benefit form it.
My only complaint is that LV recently bought out an updated version of the package and while I'm still able to use and pay for the Legacy version, new users, as I understand it, will have to use the later version that is considerably more costly. Other than that, well done Landlord Vision.

Have used Landlord Vision for many years and I still manage to make the odd accounting mistake, fortunately for me Ben is always there to give support and sort out my self made problems.

I have been using LV for 3 months now and initially found it quite complex to use. During that time the Helpdesk was very responsive and solved all my problems.
What I like about the software is that it is so specific to the property rental sector so that all my transactions fit into their templates easily.

I find it an essential tool for managing rental properties and the support provided is great.

Landlord vision is a great product to use for any one renting out properties. I have been using the product a couple of years now and for the most part the product is easy to use. Navigates well. For the few times I have been stuck support are always there to help. I have currently had Roy helping me finish off my accounts before submitting. Always responds in very quick time. Very polite. With clear instructions. I would recommend landlord vision for any one after an accounting software for renting property.

Just started to use Landlord Vision a few weeks ago so getting to grips with the new software has had its challenges but the support has been great. You can call or email in office hours and someone will talk me though how to resolve any issue I'm having!
