Very useful tool for managing residential properties. Customer service is excellent and any queries are dealt with extremely quickly. Would highly recommend.

Really good support - I could send an electronic message OR telephone to speak to a real person - and LV always responded quickly.

I have been using Landlord Vision for 5 months now. We manage 15 properties on here and honestly I feel so much more organised knowing that LV is going to notify me when house insurances/EICR/Gas Certs etc. are due.

One brilliant feature is the support button, whenever I have a question I can contact LV and a friendly member of the team will guide me through any questions I have.

Have been using Landlord vision for the last 2 yrs, best decision I’ve made, everything is on one system, property management, tenant management, accounting, tenant portal, remote access, for you, your bookkeeper, accountant easy to Navigate, has live link to bank, all this saves time, money and additional resources having to run your business.
Excellent ongoing customer support this is especially helpful when initially setting up, having looked at a number of packages over the years this is by far the best for professional landlords.

Really happy with Landlord Vision, it helps run my property business and if there is any questions or problems (hardly any) then the support team get back to me right away. I would recommend anyone with rental property to try out Landlord Vision.

Great Property Management Software with an amazing support team!

We have been using this software for over 4 years, on the older legacy version, yet it still meets all of our PMS needs and requirements.

Ben from the support team is a massive help and always quick to assist us whenever we reach out.

Wonderful software, does all things expected and beyond! Would 100% recommend. The support team is great too.

We are a medium to large landlord with 63 properties. We needed a comprehensive cloud based system to bring our operations up to date.
I have only been using Landlord Vision for a week so I am still navigating the system. So far it seems very good and easy to navigate on the whole.
I have come across a few issues with some important mail merge tags not being available, however Ben and the technical support have been second to none. The customer support is superb; my emails have been answered within the hour and my recommendations/fixes carried out often the same day. They really care about their clients and listen to recommendations and that gives me a lot of confidence going forward.
One big downside at present is that rental income and expenses do not show on the ledger/bank account in advance so it is not possible to manage business cashflow for the month ahead. This means I will have to run Quickbooks alongside LV for the time being. However, LV are aware of this and I understand this update will go live in summer 2024. For these reasons I can't quite give it 5 stars... yet.
I believe this version of the software is quite new and I am confident that with LV listening to their clients as they do and constantly improving the software, in a few months time it will probably be one of the best landlord management packages on the market.

Landlord Vision has been one of my ‘good’ decisions since being a landlord from 2015. My accounts have been well organised on their system this whole time and have made filing taxes a dream by just clicking tax report! Must save me a fortune not having accountancy fees. Recently I sold one buy let and was stuck on how to enter the sale figures from the solicitors statement. I filed a query ticket on the system explaining the area I had difficulty and I received a prompt reply from Ben who solved it perfectly! All solved on same day. Thank you!

Great product that we use for all our properties. It makes life very easy for us.
Support was excellent too.

I've used a few companies to manage tenants and properties however this is by far the best that I've used. They user interface is easy to use and very easy to get used to.

I asked the support team a question and they gave me a very quick response and a work-around solution to my problem. However, they didn't leave it at that, they tested the software, found that there was a 'bug' and resolved that too! It was over and above what they needed to do to resolve the issue, but they obviously care enough about their product to get it right!

Excellent service in replying to a question late in the day . Software is excellent for managing all aspects of property management.

It’s taking a while to get to grips with the software and I’ve made lots of mistakes but the support team are always on hand to help, advise and correct my errors. Only six weeks into using the program and can already see the benefits of the investment.

Landlord Vision is brilliant for me as a landlord of HMO's taking weekly rents, i used to find reconciling and keeping track of rents difficult. I'm self taught on LV and it makes my life so much easier. Also, if i can't do something on the software there is always very good support to answer my questions.
