We are a specialist paving and landscaping centre based in Widnes, Cheshire and are proud to have one of the largest paving display areas in the north of England, which we regularly update with new styles and colours. As a family owned business, we have been caring for our customers for over 35 years, and are dedicated to providing the highest quality products for you and your landscaping projects. All of our natural stone is CE marked, which means it has been tested for its suitability of performance in areas of strength, hardness, porosity and durability. We carefully select products that are of consistently high quality; we avoid ‘end of line,’ old stock or lower grade Indian stone. All of our Indian stone is ethically sourced and processed to the strict standards of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) ensuring no child labour is used, fair wages are paid and there is a safe workplace.

I ordered 2 top soil and the whole…

I ordered 2 top soil and the whole process was simple and straight forward they even changed my delivery address after ordering thank you, however the delivery let the whole thing down, I received a phone call to say my delivery would be between 2pm and 6pm so I arranged to be around between those times, however delivery only arrived at 7.15pm I had given up waiting by then luckily there was someone around to accept it, sorry for the poor review but I hope it helps to streamline and improve the delivery side of things.

Thanks for ordering from us although it's disappointing that you have given us a low review, for the reasons that we would like to explain. You placed your order on Wednesday 26th in the afternoon and did give us an incorrect delivery address which we immediately rectified. We advised that your delivery would be made on Friday 28th and gave you guide times of 14:00 to 18:00 This is only two days after placing your order but we do aim, where possible and within reason, to complete orders before the weekend as this is often when people are needing their materials for. An unforeseen delay on the previous delivery that the driver making your delivery had experienced, and through no fault of his, resulted in him arriving at your property at 19:10 instead of 18:00
The driver should have finished his shift at 17:00 but wanted to ensure that all of his deliveries, including yours, were completed hence the delay which, considering the rather significant distance that he has travelled from our yard to your house on a Friday afternoon/early evening during motorway 'rush hour' traffic we thought was rather commendable. Unfortunately, you didn't see it that way and after being unnecessarily rude to our driver, you decided to post your review.

FRANK STREET COMMUNITY GARDEN

5* service we are starting up a community garden and purchased 2 tonne of top soil . I messaged the company and asked for any discount as it was for a community garden and amazingly the gave us 2 tonne for free amazing service really helpful. They rang me when it was out for delivery. Thank you so much x

Fantastic product and service

Excellent service, originally only gave one star by mistake, can only apologise as they have provided excellent updates and communication about my order and would definitely use again.
