Very drying and thick to spread on face, pump didn't work, The matte doesn't sit well on mature skin, it makes wrinkles look worse. It is more for a younger skin I think. Much too dull on mature skin

Extremely disappointed in this product The pump does not work & the bottle has to be unscrewed to apply the foundation. Also a small bottle for the price! My usual foundation is BPerfect and is by far a more luxurious product. I only wish I had read all the reviews before placing an order. Sadly a complete waste of money. Please do not be mislead by there adverts 🥵

I went to the NZ site expecting to pay in NZ dollars but was charged US dollars. The product then came from China. These two reasons if I’d known would have stopped me buying the product.

What a scam!
I was extremely unhappy with the products. Corresponding with the company trying to get a refund was extremely difficult. The company kept trying to talk me out of it.
Finally I was given the instructions for sending back the products which I followed to the letter. I have sent emails trying to chase up the refund as the tracking details assured me it had arrived and had been received by the company however the company will not respond to my emails.

BEWARE!!!!! I placed an order today Nov, 5, 2025 on their official website! I ordered 2 bottles of foundation and got a free sponge and free shipping for $54.00 Well when I said complete transaction they charged my card for $94.00 and said my order was for 3 bottles of foundation a sponge and shipping and handling. You cant talk to customer service because they don't have a phone number. You can only email. This is by far the worst problem I have ever had ordering something online!!! They are still trying to get me to take the 3rd bottle at 50% off. I said NO!!!! BELIEVE ME, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I DARE THEM CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T ORDER AND A DIFFERENT PRICE FROM WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE!!!!!

The fact it is made in China is hidden. They are impossible to deal with. I have put into dispute with CC company - see how they deal with someone bigger than them!

Do not buy this product. Mine arrived not even a half full bottle! Pump action didn’t work either. I asked for a refund which they won’t give unless I return the product at my own cost to the States. They are apparently sending me a new bottle but I don’t ever want to deal with these people or buy from them again. Faulty goods should be eligible for a refund. Avoid!

I had a severe allergic reaction using the foundation and they still would not give me a refund. They force you to order again using a gift card. Buyers stay away.

I so much wish I had checked this company out on Trust Pilot before wasting my money. The foundation was the wrong shade, and I’ve had no response to three emails asking how I can get the advertised replacement.

The foundation is like a thick paste and gives the appearance of a clown ! Definitely not for old skin .

I would not buy this foundation. plus the company states they will give a refund 30days. or replace the item. But that is not the case. You will have to pay for shipping to return and to replace. With no confidence that the replacement will be any better than the first product. the shade was horrible. And after emailing the company they will try to offer you a deal to their benefit of course and you will just be disappointed.

This made my skin burn. Poor plastic packaging bottle. Smells like chemicals and very poor returns to america which the customer pays for.

The shade I ordered is too dark. 6 weeks ago.I received a reply saying they would send 2 bottles of lighter shade. I have sent several e mails saying thank you,please send and I will pay 4.99 shipping.There is no customer phone number.The foundation in the right color would probably work.They advertise as a USA company…no. Don’t waste your money.

This product was wonderful. People say I glow now.

The foundation is very thick and hard to apply. Plus it make my skin burn. Results are not at all like the advertisements say. Would not recommend at all!

Lanera foundation does not produce the effects as described. It sinks into wrinkles and makes them look worse. It is thick and gloppy. They try to charge you a $10 return fee. They alternately offer you a $33 gift card! Who would want any of their products that don't work. After a long process they agreed to refund my money when I return the product. Blatently false advertising for a below par product .Don't waste your money.

The quality of the the bottle is cheap pump does not pump the make up through had to unscrew to use it.
Make up isn't bad. Goes on smoothly but the price is steep for the quality .
Womt buy again. Lesson learnt.

Shipping took a little over a week and the product comes from china which says it all really.

Advertising says for mature skin yet it is oil controlling. Something older women need more of. I put it on 4 different ways and it is extremely drying. It does not cover age spots, rosacea and mine are light. It’s chalky looking and it did settle into my lines. It says 100% money back guarantee. I ask to return to get 2 options. No return, $33 back on choosing from these 6 items which none I could use. Eye shadow for young women, lipstick ONLY 1 shade. Or return it and they deduct $10 off your return. This teaches me and I hope many others to never buy on line. You get ripped off with Lanera.

I ordered Lanera a few months ago. It is ok as a foundation but the last time I used it, there were black flakes, I thought something must have gotten on my sponge. So I cleaned my sponge. This morning the same thing, so I cleaned off the bottle and the inside of the lid, found out the outer layer of plastic/paint on the pump, that screws onto the glass part, was peeling off.

I ordered a foundation and when it arrived l wasnt happy with 1) the colour and 2) the texture. I emaile Lanera and correspondrd with a lovely lady Daphne. She offered me a new colour but l was reluctant so she then offered me to keep the item and l would receive a gift card to use or return the item for full refund. I decided to return the item. So off l went to the post office and it was going to cost me £20 in postage. I was horrified as the item was only£20 to purchase. So l emailed Daphne again and expliained that l would like to receive the gift card. I will wait for that to arrive. The customer service is so helpful and Daphne was very kind. Its a shame that its made so difficult to return an item though.
