It is good to be able to speak to someone rather than have to make payments on line, which older people find confusing. It is always good to hear a friendly person on the end of the telephone.

I rang and renewed my insurance, paying over the phone, then I got a letter in the post saying that no payment had been received and my insurance had been cancelled!
