Lark Music Avis 

I have done many repairs for clients of this company. They have been top class when it comes to dealing with myself (the repairer) and the insured. They are quick to authorise work and make payments. They are also great at dealing with any unforeseen bumps in the road, so to speak. Recently I have been dealing with Lisa Lathwell, she has been exemplary when it comes to the whole claims process.

It was quite easy to add an item. However I hesitate to give 5 stars without having had to actually use the insurance. You only really know how your insure is when you need to make a claim. Not particularly cheap but not insanely expensive either

Wow! What an incredibly efficient insurance company! I've never known a company like it! Especially for a working musician... I hate paperwork hassle, but I gave proof, they gave a pay out, so I could replace my stage iems.

Thankfully I have never had to claim with Lark insurance, but their prices are low and they provide great value for money, for a small annual sum, I have peace of mind that my instrument is covered.Lark insurance seem very professional and offer two types of cover.

Good communications throughout the renewal process and a fair price

Seems a good product, reasonably priced and flexible. There was helpful support when I was setting it up. Happily I cannot comment on the most important consideration: what they are like when you have a claim!

I received an email telling me the renewal was due. I took the option to renew, then later got another message saying the policy was renewed. I did not gat any further information, so am not sure what has happened, if the premium has increased, or all conditions are the same.

I have found Lark Music handled the migration of my previous policy from Allianz very professionally & no major price hike either when I renewed my policy with them. And they actually know what Uilleann Pipes are without me having to explain!

Comprehensive both in terms of instruments and accessory options, as well as nature of coverage; easy to set up initial policy and to amend as necessary, with changing requirements. Pricing seems okay too.

It was great to speak to a human rather than a robot! They also listened to my enquiry and answered clearly.

Aaron who dealt with my claim was brilliant. He made it completely stress free, and advised me what to do. The invoice was submitted directly to Lark so I had no worries about covering the payment. All communications were quick and efficient.

I made a telephone call which was answered promptly to renew my musical instrument insurance and it was so easy to renew. The person I spoke to was very polite and it took no time at all to make the payment. The reason I like dealing with Lark is because it's possible to speak to a human instead of recorded voice. Excellent service.
