Over aggressive company dealing with…
Over aggressive company dealing with instalments, took over business from another company, harassed for months because I didn’t want to renew.
Update, Lark Music have been emailing all morning….I asked their credit agency to cancel my agreement in August 2025, through the only contact I had available. Since they were taking a direct debit, despite not signing the agreement, I ended up with cover for a year. I cancelled at renewal, and was still harassed, including a default notice. Am entirely irritated by Lark Music bombarding me with emails, so am sending the lot to the FCA….let them decide. Maybe now, you’ll leave me alone, since any further communication will be included.

I was able to renew over the phone.
Second person I spoke to reassured me that my policy was all in order and was very prompt in emailing the documents. He was also patient as I went through everything, recognising the importance with regards to the safety of my instruments. Although unable to pay over 12 months, the cost was reasonable.

I was distraught after I found....
I was distraught after I found my right ear monitor of my favourite pair of ultimate Ear 5 pros had cracked after coming off stage at a prolific gig.
I was referred from the Musicians Union to Lark to carry through the claim.
Once I had the relevant documents available for the claim to proceed, Lauren was very helpful in letting me know the easy, step-by-step process, contacting the relevant businesses where I purchased the monitors during, to carry out my in-ear monitor claim, all via email.
Great service, hopefully I don't need to be back again, but it's good to know you can gain great cover from them.

Repairer's perspective
As a repairer all questions are responded to quickly and clearly. Payment made promptly. They are always fair and reasonable in their assessments and requests. Aaron has been unfailingly helpful in all my dealings with him, and Lark are my recommended insurers whenever clients ask.

Efficient at renewing.
It is difficult to make an assessment, since, thankfully, I have yet to make a claim. The price of the insurance seems to be reasonable.

Pricy but good sales service.
I had a lot of questions (the written documents I was sent were not clear and detailed enough for me) and it took me a while to understand everything. The representative was patient and polite, explaining everything. On the other hand I found the price extremely high.
