Frustrating
Tried to create an online account to pay my annual fee. Didn’t work. Tried phoning all morning - didn’t work (I was later told it was staff training on a Monday morning?). So I went into local branch of Howdens who were very kind and friendly but couldn’t get through either! But they did send you an e mail. I later managed to do it all on line. Paid in full. Someone from your office phoned me after that!
Today I’ve received renewal documents saying my policy is due for renewal!

That is frustrating. I'm sorry it wasn't easy for you to renew when you wanted to but appreciate your persistence. Your documents were printed same day as your renewal email so just a delay in getting to you. Now you have an online account that won't happen next year. Thank you for choosing us again.

Great Service
Lauren who dealt with my claim was sympathetic to my situation and communicated promptly with me and the repair shop involved. Lark settled my claim with minimal fuss, very pleased.
