I am in LOVE with this makeup! From the moment I applied it, I could tell the quality was top-tier. It blends beautifully, feels lightweight on my skin, and looks flawless for hours. It doesn’t cake, crease, or fade — just a perfect finish all day long. This has become a staple in my routine and I can’t imagine doing my makeup without it now. Highly recommend to anyone who wants makeup that actually delivers!!!
I absolutely love this makeup and especially their customer service! They always reply so quickly to emails and are super helpful every time I have a question. I even bought this makeup for my sister when I went to the States, and her friends became fans too because they loved how flawless my makeup always looks. The quality is amazing and the service is just as good. I highly recommend them!

A Very Happy Customer
I have purchased lava art products for nearly 4 years. Love the products but their customer service is very disappointing.
I went to buy product on their 50% discount 7th November and when i applied the code that was to be used it would not apply.
I got in touch immediately and i heard back within 2 days. Was told it had been forwarded to management to decide if they could help. After numerous emails and assurance that they were honouring the problem i was notified 3 days ago that the code had changed and i was ti use the code for 30% off as the 50% had expired.
Please note below my order and the correct code used and NO assistance given to rectify the problem.
As I said great product but terrible customer service.

I do appreciate you writing back to me re: my 50% discount purchase however, you mentioned with careful review Australia was offered this on Nov 6th which was when I could not apply the 50% discount and the date had not expired throughout the time I tried more than once to use code and same thing happened. That is when I decided to get in touch with LavaArt.
I would like to share with all Lava Art customers that the company I beleive has gone beyond all my expectations on my outcome that I was hoping for and thought I had lost the opportunity to purchase product on their 50% deal. Without going into the details all I can say is that Lava Art is a very trusting company and go beyond with their customer service which was what I had given up on. Love their product and will continue to be a very satified customer and continue to purchase in the future.
