Really unprofessional company - booked in a call through their website for a project that needed to happen on my house. I called an hour or so before the call to move the call by half an hour at which point they said they wouldn't be able to to take on my project - giving no reasoning why.

If that's how they organise and treat prospective client can't imagine how they run projects.

I am very pleased with my last minute decision to have my roof tiles renewed. The work was done very quickly and efficiently. The workers are very friendly and do a good job. The price was very good too, and it’s nice to know that I’m now watertight and safe from old tiles breaking and falling. It all looks very smart together with next door who had theirs renewed too!! We engaged LCCL to design and build a loft conversion and rear house extension from scratch. The design services were arranged nice and quickly as we wanted to get the project done as soon as possible as we had a particular deadline in mind. The company were very accommodating of our needs! The building work was completed to high level we are so over the moon with our new kitchen in the extension and our new master bedroom suite, including bedroom, dressing room and en-suite bathroom in the loft. The services was fantastic, architect plans was produced swiftly and efficiently, prices are competitive, got our approval from local council which they resolved. Alexander and his architect and structural engineer produced the drawings for our extension and got them through planning efficiently, dealing with some drainage modifications required by the planners very quickly. At the beginning of this year we planned to get our loft conversion project started and started to invite the loft conversion companies for a quote one of them being Lccl construction

After we received few quotes we decided to use Lccl Construction due to their ability to deal with all the design phase legality as well as the construction side of the project.

Once we appointed Lccl Construction they have started of by architecture, this process was simple architect attended our property spoke with us about ideas and 2 weeks after we have had our first set of drawings

Alexander has after this applied for lawful development and sorted all the certificates for the loft conversion

As there are party walls involved Alexander initiated party wall agreements and structural drawings and calculations for which was pretty smooth too.

End of march this year the loft conversion has started on site and they have started the construction of the loft conversion

3 weeks after the loft was fully built including the shell all the waterproofing and stairs internally

After this the work started internally and this took another 3 weeks to completed

I am very happy and glad I have chosen Lccl Construction for our Loft conversion project they are professional, trustworthy, reliable and craftsmanship of the work is excellent.

Lccl construction has recently completed a hip to gable loft conversion on my house with ensuite I was very much impressed with the work they have done, quality work, on time and professional manner. They was very accommodating and helpful throughout the build making sure that we can continue to get on with our lives while work goes on in the loft conversion. There was regular check from alexander who has been extremely helpful and he and his team design and built the loft. I have originally contacted Lccl Construction as I saw their logo on another project they was doing at the time and as it was close to my home I naturally wanted to find out more about their loft conversion services.

The initial consultation was easy and I had a quote the same day shortly after I instructed them to start my loft conversion too.

Like dominos the design and construction of the loft conversion was fantastic with ease

Their architect has done all the plans and obtained lawful development certificate

Their structure engineers drawn up the structural drawings and calculations

Their party wall surveyor obtained the party wall award

And all this in couple months

Alexander was heavily involved in the design process and construction process, on the day the loft conversion started they have within a day removed the old roof and done the preparation for steel and timber structure and within a week the loft was structurally built ready for roof tiles

They also done all the internal staircase, plumbing, electricals, windows and so on

The loft conversion is fully signed of by building control as it passed all government standard

Would highly recommend!
