So, so rude! I have had better customer service in most shops. I couldn't find a property, as the address given went to the wrong address and when I showed for a viewing and they said "well plenty of other people have found it". Every call, from wanting to book in, to asking for feedback 2 hours later, they sound like they don't want to be there, no personability and very cold. Even if i loved the property and wanted to buy it, i would not offer, based on the perceived incompetence and severe lack of any basic customer service skills.
The lady who showed me round the property was lovely but I think this is 'contracted out', so no reflection on her personally, but I will be avoiding this estate agent, even if they have my dream home!

The property was difficult to find and when I called up the estate agents office they didn’t have the agent who was conducting the viewings telephone. The guy who showed me around was not the one that was on my booking and did not know much about the property at all.

There was also a large pile of dead wasps and a leak.

I have used Leadenhall Estates for two purchases now and both times have been flawless. Whenever I see a property listed with them I know I’m in for a stressless sale! The team are super professional and very efficient. Annika especially has always upheld the highest professionalism. I would recommend them everytime.

They were fourth coming with information and tried to be as open and honest as possible to get the end result we wanted. They were extremely contactable and very quick to respond and answer any questions they could in order to put our minds at ease.

Honestly buying a house through them was the worst experience of my life.

Managed to talk to the seller at the end of the transaction for a good half an hour - turns out they had been completely lying to us both throughout the 4 month process. (I was a cash buyer....how does it take that long?)

Jesse (GRADE A clown) agreed three separate moving dates with me, which it turns out he never told the seller. Each of those I had booked a moving van. I cancelled holidays, lost thousands and it greatly affected my mental health.

Wouldn't buy a pencil from these morons. Rude, unprofessional, lying SCUM. Clearly hate their jobs and have zero respect for anyone they deal with.

Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

Staff were friendly and helpful when you contacted them.
I had an issue getting the keys for the property for the survey to start with as the seller was on holiday and the letting agent she had used were not sorting the keys out, but Shelly was fantastic she tried constantly to sort this out.
After my survey it had shown an issue with damp and Anika helped me renegotiate the price.
The main issue I had was the fact that the property had been advertised as a 4 bedroom house as it had an add on at the back of the property which they said was a bedroom. It had never been a bedroom and even had a worktop and units in it. It is in fact a utility room. The add on is only single brick built so could never be a bedroom. Luckily I never interded this to be a bedroom and was wanting this room for a laundry room. They also advertised the property as having wood flooring through out the down stairs but in fact it is wood effect lino.

Annika from Leadenhall estates was very fast at contacting myself to arrange a viewing and managed to arrange this for the same day. When putting in offers for a property Annika was prompt at replying to myself and was very helpful and professional throughout
