Fantastic! I was literally astounded by how good these guys were. From the office staff to the removal crew, just perfect. Punctual, friendly and very hardworking. Took great care of everything and removed the anxiety as well as the furniture!! I cannot highly recommend this company enough. Do not waste your time booking anyone else. Extremely reasonable price too. Thank you guys!!!

We used Leader Removals today and couldn’t have asked for a better service. The movers arrived exactly on time, they were very thorough when I explained what was to be left in the flat and what was to be taken with us.
The attention to detail was great, they were really careful with our boxes and had the whole flat cleared so quickly and efficiently I couldn’t believe it. On top of the the lads were really friendly and nice and were an absolute pleasure to deal with (unfortunately I’m terrible with names but I think it was Alex that helped me today) The office staff are really responsive and overall made the whole day a total breeze.
If you’re looking for a removals company you really won’t find better than this company - very competitively priced too which is always a bonus!

Good communication before the move, arrived on time in an appropriately sized vehicle.

On arrival presented me with paperwork, clearly laying out terms etc. I was required to sign on removal guys arrival, when leaving my address, when arriving at new address and when leaving final address.

Worked non stop, very friendly & efficient. My possessions were handled with care. There was even a secure area set aside in the van for my multiple screens.

I was able to pay by bank transfer.

I would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely faultless experience with Leader Removals. Great customer service from the start, very pleasant and answering all of my questions, making everything really clear and simple.

On the day of the move, the guys arrived bang on time, wearing masks, friendly and polite, and got on with the job immediately. Not the easiest job moving us out of a top-floor flat with no lift and with a bus lane outside - but there wasn't one complaint. They made what could have been a very stressful day hassle-free and we really appreciated it. The whole team were very professional and personable.

We were happy to pay slightly more than a couple of other quotes we recieved (though we received several that were priced higher than Leader, some quite a bit higher) for a great service that we could trust - and that's absolutely what we recieved. They made sure they quoted us accurately so no extra time was needed - especially as they worked so quickly! Thank you again!

Moved in February, Leader Removals were fantastic from start to finish. Carried on moving items in to the house via candle light because of an electricity problem. Really do recommend them.

Your belongings are safe with Leader. They are punctual, polite and professional. They work damn hard. Their prices are very competitive. I've used them twice and will continue to recommend them.

An absolute rip off and terrible customer service. I was quoted £260 + VAT (hourly rate) for the move a couple of days ago, I then showed them a video of what needs to be moved and they bumped the price to £350 + VAT (hourly rate). When I called them up and asked them to explain the reason, all I got was a load of nonsense saying they had a limited amount of staff. How can you change your prices dependent on staff??? Ridiculous! On top of that when I tried to put my point across the customer service agent Letty spoke all over me, to the point where I had to tell her that I was still talking and to allow me to finish. Looks like Letty needs more training as her customer service skills are appalling (take note management).

Re: I'm not having a go at the service of your removal job it self as I'm aware it wasn't used. I'm talking about your prices and most importantly the customer service.

With the service, I agree I wasn't speaking in the correct tone, but I was upset, you would've been the same if you weren't a happy customer, and I wasn't speaking abruptly from the get go - it was gradual. I also understand that if Letty was trying to defend her point first and I jumped over what she was saying then I'm in the wrong, but I was the one talking first trying to make my point and she was speaking over me, expecting me the customer, to hush down and listen to her point. She only then allowed me to finish what I was saying for the duration of the call because I called her out on it, and that it was not good customer service.

The guys were bang on time, moved quickly and safely and were super helpful, the estimate was also spot on which I was very impressed with! They moved our houseplants and antique items with care and I couldn't have asked for a less stressful experience moving across the country!

Moving is stressful. But it will be less difficult for you if you use Leader Removals. Found them through google. They were one of the cheapest.
Excellent firm. Great staff. Phone call from them on the way.
Packed up super quickly. Met them at our destination and everything unpacked just as fast.A big weight off our minds.

Excellent removal company. Did the whole house within the quoted time, and were helpful, careful and friendly. They also went above and beyond when changing the configuration of a sofa to suit the needs of our new house. Would definitely use again.

Such a great company, reasonably priced and when it came to removals day they could not have been more helpful. The guys expertly moved items precious and awkward items to load the vehicle. In the new house they gave me time to walk around and get my bearings before I could confirm where the items were going. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Recently we had an excellent service from Leader Removals. I got quote from many companies and decided to go with them. Their quote was around mid-range but still competitive and client services were great. They gave me that level of confident to trust them with their professional attitude and responsive replies.
Million thanks to two guys who moved our flat - they literally did not stop, they were so fast and careful with everything that my spouse who insisted on carrying his computer and screens himself, changed his mind.

I chose Leader removals as their quote was very competitive but also the customer service was excellent.

Letty and Kal were very helpful and communicative in guiding me through the process from the outset and when the two delivery men arrived the following day, I could not have asked for a more helpful and careful duo.

They were very attentive at both the initial apartment and the destination home, being extremely focused on the job at hand but mindful of walls, surroundings and each individual item.

Alex and Minse are fast, efficient and strong. No job is too much for them and they are Leaders by name and in my opinion the Leaders by nature. In the future, I would not go with any other.

The movers arrived on time, were very respectful, polite and worked so hard. We had an unusual amount of stuff for a one bedroom flat which was on the second floor with no lift, they didn't stop and even asked me on more than one occasion if I needed help when they saw me carrying stuff to my own car. I would highly recommend Leader removals
