Scarlett Hobbs-Winstanley has been my property manager for our long term rental. Her availability and communication have been excellent throughout our dealings especially when problems have arisen with maintenance and subcontractor dealings. There have even been check ins to make sure all is ok - an excellent management of the property. Well done Scarlett

Sometimes in the past, the change of property manager had not been communicated. However, Scarlet introduced herself by email when she started as the new property manager which impressed me. She has also been very responsive when it comes to email communication and is a great asset to Leaders, in my opinion.

I have found Scarlet very helpful in dealing with issues on our property. She is very friendly and responsive in handling and replying to messages.
Overall, an asset to Leaders.

I wanted to leave a review specifically for Scarlet Hobbs-Winstanley.

Throughout what has been a very difficult and stressful period for my family, Scarlet has always been professional, polite and respectful in her communications. She has taken the time to respond to my emails, kept me updated where she could, and has treated us with courtesy throughout.

Unfortunately, my experience with Leaders as a company has been much less positive. I found the accounting and credit control processes confusing, with conflicting arrears figures being provided at different times, which made it very difficult to understand the true position of the account. That aspect of the process added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation.

Scarlet herself, however, has remained professional throughout, and I would like to thank her for the way she has handled matters within what I appreciate are the constraints of her role. So its 5 stars for Scarlet and none for Leaders

Scarlet from Leaders has been working hard to make good our property since move in. She has always responded to emails and phone calls in a timely manner & is always helpful and polite. We have been very fortunate to have Scarlets help in the last month. Thank you so much.

I was disappointed when I first heard that Cameron was leaving but after speaking to Scarlet I realised that she was a competent member of staff and I now have every faith in her to answer and deal with any issues or questions I may have.

I've a few issue with some of the systems (accessing quotes, additional fees been taken that were not agreed to) in the past 12 months, however from the perspective of the Burgess Hill site Alex and Scarlett have addressed these in a prompt and timely manner and are always polite, positive and helpful.

We've had a few different property managers over the time we've been with Leaders (with varied experiences), but found Scarlet is always helpful, will reply to emails quickly and is happy to answer any questions we have (and if it's not her area of expertise, will put us in touch with the right person).

The only reason the score is not 5* is because we have an ongoing issue with the accounting system Leaders have swapped to (not Scarlet's area), which is causing a lot of confusion - but we are hopeful it will be rectified soon.

I am very happy with my current property manager Scarlet Hobbs-Winstanley. I always find her to be prompt and obliging when dealing with my email correspondence (I am overseas). Keep up the good work, Scarlet!

Leaders have been looking after our properties for a few months now and they have really helped us. They are a great professional team, especially Alex and Scarlet.
We have had many problems and they have been quick to help us.

Scarlett manages the rental we are in and she is always quick to respond and get things actioned

Scarlett Hobbs-Winstanley has been exceptional as my property manager. Through the years of owning various properties, I have had several managers and Scarlett rates amongst the best. Extremely efficient in dealing with any matters that arise, or in ongoing property needs and communication is spot on, which is the key.

I was very disappointed after hearing Cameron has left, it took me a long time to engage with Leaders before Cameron.
With Scarlett, initially I had difficulties to have contacts with her, but once she had time to settle in her new job, she has been brilliant and with quick responses to my enquiries. She is a valued member of your new team. Lydia

We have a portfolio of properties so there is always some maintenance happening however for the first time in many years we have no issues.
