Horrible experience, they messed up all aspects of the tenancy ( I’m the owner of a property).
We hired Leaders to fully manage our property and they couldn’t have been less useful. Not only that, they caused a lot of stress before, during and now at the end of the tenancy.

They were not responding to my emails, they overcharged us, they made mistakes that delayed the tenants to move in, and they blamed us.
They overcharged us again ( we were charged twice the check out fee) , and they confirmed to the current tenants that they could leave the property three days later than the agreed date without consulting us ( and this affects the new tenants check in).

They are USELESS , I think I’ve never dealt with less incompetent people than them in my life!!!

They are full of lies, lack of response and mess things up all the time.

They have been taking our money for nothing , they are not worth a penny of the commission we have paid to them for a year!

I’m not surprise the turnover of their staff members , every time I was talking to a different person.

DO NOT CHOOSE THEM IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH TENANCY

They have a real problem with paying when they owe money. The experience I have had I cannot go into too much detail on because of legal issues.

However, without being specific their Cambridge office is totally useless. They are constantly understaffed, the staff they do have are incompetent, uninterested and rude. The number of staff they turn over in a year is alarming with a new property manager every other month. It feels as though you are an annoyance to them despite the fact that they are paid to manage the property. I have been told that there are contractors who have had a similar experience with them but don't know if that is true or not.

Whatever way you cut it they are making a fortune from tenants, landlords and contractors and they behave as though you owe them something.

Appalling company, particularly Cambridge, no idea. If you don’t take their no deposit offer, like to see if commissions are paid, they are not interested

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and communication from Leaders, especially regarding our recent move-out and the handling of our deposit.

Firstly, we received conflicting and inaccurate information about the status of our deposit return. We were told that our deposit was available pending confirmation, but we were not properly informed and even blamed for a lack of action on our part, which was false. This lack of clarity caused unnecessary confusion and stress. We have email evidence supporting these claims.

Additionally, despite vacating the property, we continued to receive calls and emails from Leaders and contractors regarding issues that no longer concerned us. This only stopped after multiple requests and 4 emails from myself to have our personal details removed. It was intrusive and added to the frustration of the overall experience.

Over the last two years, the quality of service from Leaders has been consistently poor. There have been numerous instances of miscommunication and lack of responsiveness that have significantly impacted our experience as tenants.

I hope this feedback reaches Beth Harding and Bethany Stewart of the Cambridge Leaders team, as it is crucial that these issues are addressed to prevent similar experiences for future tenants.

Alessia Musca offers a first rate service for tenancy management. She is thorough and personable and instills confidence.

Provided wrong and misleading information at house viewing. Never replied emails even though we made it clear we can’t take phone calls at work and can only reply messages or emails. Poor service attitude all through. Laughable poor quality of house photos on rightmove.

With them for many years . Dedicated personal contact & built up a good working relationship . Paid for a premium service & certainly received that .

Leaders is such a great and exceptional property agent. I love their customer care services and my property manager (Alfie) is always helpful and considerate.
