We have liaised most with Katie, and quite frankly, she has been absolutely phenomenal!
We are so very grateful for all the help and kindness she has shown us over the past few weeks, since meeting her for the first viewing of the house we wanted to rent.
She has always been happy to go above and beyond for us, answering email and telephone enquiries promptly, never leaving us wait more than a few hours for a response. We really couldn’t ask for more.

From the beginning, Shelly and Katie have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that any issues I encountered were addressed straight away. Their commitment to finding solutions and accelerating the process is remarkable.

Leaders was great at helping me move into my new place. I was having issues setting up with bode insurance and Katie Vince gave me a massive amount of support to help me get it sorted.

Katie came out to my property the other day for a market appraisal. She put me at ease through the appointment and was incredibly helpful.

I had a viewing with Katie and as a first time renter I had a lot of questions. She was very informative and patient when answering all my questions.

Cheltenham Leaders. Branch manager gave the keys to the property we were renting to a cleaning company even after I specifically told them not to give keys out to anyone. When we first moved in the washing machine we were told we had to keep in the flat absolutely stank, so we requested for it to be cleaned. As well as asking a bare wire at knee height be covered as we had an 18 month old toddler. I explained I would let the contractors in myself as I didn’t want uncontrolled access to the property. Leaders ignored my request and allowed the contractor to enter. I challenged this as soon as I got home and the branch manager assured me that he hadn’t given the keys out. On the second day the contractor let themselves back in with the keys they had been given. When I complained, leaders protected their branch manager who clearly lied to me and essentially accused me of lying. Unbelievably poor, would avoid using Leaders. (Date incorrectly recorded on this review as didn’t have a Trustpilot account at the time)

We really liked the property, but it began to feel like the Letting Agent was already 'spending' his commission when we arrived.
Clearly viewings had been set up to overlap, possibly to create an air of 'urgency,' & we were really shocked when he enquired what our rental 'offer was to be ?
The whole experience left us thinking that even if we were accepted at the advertised rental price, (we weren't in the end) we might end up having to deal with this individual, or other Leaders 'slimey' people, during the life of the tenancy.
