There Are... and then There Are Not...
Unfortunately, Leaders have a very high turnover of staff, which in a people centric business, such as property management, sales, and lettings, is the last thing you want.
And this leads to hugely variable competencies.
However, there is an absolute star, Megan Turner, in the Droitwich Spa office, who clearly understands that people matter (renters) and has always gone out of her way to get things sorted professionally, with humour, brilliant communication skills, timely, efficiently, and most of all, humanly.
And believe you me, these exceptional qualities are very, very, rare.
So, I thank you Megan, and hope that you’ll light the correct way for others to follow.
For in tough times, people make great businesses, not brand positioning, profiteering, treating loyalty like dirt.
And Leaders would be best to take notice.
Thank you, Megan, you are a genuine star.

Outstanding!
After having a negative experience with another local letting agency, I was wary about finding my next property through another letting agency.
You need not worry if you choose to go with Leaders (Droitwich)! After making an enquiry on an available property, both Dan Hooper & Jenna Endacott made me feel totally at ease and helped guide me through the (often daunting!) process. Within a matter of hours, my application was accepted by the landlord, and I managed to secure the property of my dreams! Both Dan & Jenna were more than happy to answer all my questions without hesitation.
I’m thoroughly looking forward to getting the keys to my new apartment in January!
Once again, thank you to both Dan & Jenna for making this a stress-free and enjoyable experience. You’re an absolute credit to the company!
