Leaders - Harlow Avis 

I rented a property from Leaders for several years. I must say that l never had such a good experience with any other agency as with Leaders. Luke , George, Gemma, Olivia, Rosie and specially Lisa you guys are really amazingly amazing. The help the support you guys provide is absolutely incredible. If there’s such an award for the best agency then Leaders are the winners.

I reported that my entrance door to my flat was broken and the door is not closing and nobody is helping me. The property is not secured . I don't even know whether l will ever get help or not. This is really bad and disheartening to be ignored like this.

I was renting with leaders for about 6 years. And in that time my house visits were conducted by the lovely Luke Gallagher. Always punctual. Always polite. Always helpful. Made me feel very comfortable when in the house.
I no longer rent with Leaders, but I will definitely miss seeing Luke.

A happy team and always helps when needed

Have issue with Harlow Branch for over 2 months. On 12.01 we reported issues with bathroom. Water was leaking from under bathtub to fuse box located downstairs. Lisa from Harlow office wasn’t bother to help with issue at all. She is rude and very arrogant. Over past 2 months i recorded every phone call with her as every time i heard different story. We decided to move out as living in property without bathrooms is not possible this times.bathroom has been fixed after over 2 months of waiting time and only 1 day before we moved out. Lisa from Harlow office ignored my email and don’t come back to me with solution. Local council has been informed and they investigate it. TDS and Trading Standards will be informed in next stage as Leaders causing issue to refund deposit. At least Lisa from Harlow Branch causing issue. Source to phone calls records and footage recorded from Leaders Harlow office will show a scale of fraud. This will be published on 03.04.26 in BBC News.

The issues which i had in the house been sorted by your team, so far all the queries posted are rectified as early as possible.

A few days ago, I was on my way to view a 1-bed flat with Leaders Harlow but was delayed due to a traffic blockage in Harlow. I informed them and requested to rearrange the viewing, but they refused. The next day, I was told they would not entertain me further simply because I couldn’t make it to that one appointment.

This essentially means that due to unavoidable traffic, I am now not allowed to view or rent any other property they list. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a letting agent; it was highly unprofessional, unhelpful, and demonstrated a lack of basic understanding and flexibility.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this branch.

off to a bit of a slow start getting a viewing but Paul at the Harlow office came good. He seemed very knowledgeable of the area and had a good handle of the vendors needs so as a buyer saved us alot of time meaning we got a deal agreed the same day.
