Leaders - Horsham Avis 

This is the worst letting agency i have ever met.
From beginning I have faced lot of issues with this agency. There Property Management Service is Waste
They have separate departments for every system. When I moved in they have not provided any Keys to access meter reading room, no keys for letter box, no proper guidance is received.
I've received a heavy estimated bill and when I am trying to reach out to Leaders Property Manager Leon Parker, he is not at all responding to my queries. Its been 2 months I am chasing with him for the meter reading room keys but he is not at all bothered.

I would never recommend Horsham Leaders Agency to anyone in future.

Josh & Leon in the Horsham branch have always been my main contacts. They are both very professional + personable. I very much appreciate their knowledge in this sector & all their support and guidance provided to me as one of their landlords.

I dealt with Jess in the sales department who was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave good advise in marketing and selling my property. Tara, who monitored the sale process from sale, exchange and finally completion updated me often and answered my messages promptly. Wonderful communication from both members of staff.

Leaders provide a professional service to both landlord and tenant. Annabelle has gone above and beyond for her clients and is naturally customer focused. Nothing is too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leaders, Horsham.

Everything so far has been such a nice smooth transition. I find moving to be very stressful but with the help of Leon I’ve found it nothing but easy and stress free

Overall when going through the process with Leaders, everyone has been helpful and professional, but Leon Parker has outdone himself phenomenally with his work in Horsham.

Landlord managed properties are sometimes a nightmare. I've lived in three now, and this property has been an uphill battle of reporting to Leon issues with the property due to poor maintenance prior to my arrival. The landlord has left it to a single contractor until now who has left a concerning amount of work around the property in a shoddy state.

However, in the last year, Leon has been helpful to me in confirming some of my tenant obligations (which I get rather confused about being ASD) and supporting me to put forward my views to the landlord. This has resulted in a new contractor being appointed, who seems more professional and capable by far already. This shows me that Leon is willing to have the same conversations with Landlords as he does Tenants, in the same impeccable manner.

I can't fault how well he has done, but I must add that I have also raised a formal complaint about the landlord. The whole team here are as a whole, and individually brilliant, but these landlords will damage your company reputation, and therefore this review solely applies to the colleagues of Leaders Horsham.

My complaint will be handled by head office, and I will leave a review accordingly with them when the complaint is handled.

Highly recommend Leon Parker, Property Manager. He is very knowledgeable and supportive. Leon's guidance and advice has resulted in us not having to sell properties this autumn. Leon goes way beyond 5* and looks after both tenants and landlords. Thanks Leon.

Myself and my partner first started dealing with Leaders in December 2022 when we moved into the Horsham area. The level of service at the time was excellent and it didn't stop there.
After we moved into the property the level of aftercare continued particularly with Leon Parker, the property manager. We had several questions relating to the property and even needed to make an amendment to our contract which was quickly rectified. Leon even recommended some local pubs/restaurants/shops etc as we were new to the county. Very helpful!
We would both highly recommend Leaders to anyone.

Weve been with leaders estate agents for a year now because of the flat we live in in our village. At the start they where brilliant but now i cannot express how bad they are they dont care about anything they dont help they dont answer emails or phone calls or anything they dont seem to care about any of their clients they arent there when you need someone to talk to or help when needed. They have become the worst estate agents around which is a massive shame.

My husband and I are delighted with the service provided, especially with Agent Sam, everything has been very fast and they answer emails quickly.

5 stars Just short of 20 years letting with this company

We have let our three flats through Leaders for just short of 20 years. Service is exceptional, responses to questions always swift and the advice from the Horsham office (namely Chloe and Annabelle) is always advice you can trust and rely on. It is not easy being a landlord but Leaders really are the best and I would recommend them unreservedly to landlords and tenants. Their new property manager Jonathan is exceptional too. Incidentally, my tenants without fail always speak highly of Leaders and the service they have received from them. We treat our properties as we treat our home and likewise our tenants - we treat them with respect and build good relationships with each one. Leaders find good tenants and to date we have not had a tenant that has not paid their rent on time.
