A great letting experience
I had a great experience finding a brilliant place to rent with Leaders Lewisham. Lillie Blackabee was a really supportive and friendly agent who helped deal quickly with issues and helped to clearly explain the offer and referencing process. I cannot recommend Leaders highly enough for their exceptional and highly proactive service in letting out my property. Lillie, along with her colleagues Selwyn, Sharon and Macy, demonstrated an outstanding commitment to finding the right tenants and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. I was particularly impressed by the incredible speed at which they operated; within just over a week of discussing offers, they had secured a holding deposit and successfully completed all referencing checks to accommodate a prompt move-in date. The Leaders teams continuous support and proactive communication kept everything moving seamlessly, ensuring all compliance and property preparations were perfectly organised ahead of the tenants' arrival. If you are looking for a dedicated team that works quickly and communicates effectively to get your property let out, the team at Leaders is fantastic.

How leaders estate Limited so helpful in getting me an apartment

Not only did he provide this, he also provided me with practical advice on renting my flat out and what the new regulations mean for landlords.
