Professional and jind
My experience with leaders was on the whole very good. There were a couple of problems including the grass being matted and uncut. The landlord has since sorted this.
I found all the girls in the office/ on the phone to be very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent experience
I’ve had a really positive experience with Leaders, and I want to highlight the excellent service I received throughout the process.
Faith, in particular, was outstanding from start to finish. She was professional, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Her communication was clear and consistent, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. It was obvious she genuinely cared about helping me and ensuring everything went smoothly.
I’d also like to give an honorable mention to Gracie and Jolanta, who were both incredibly helpful along the way. Whether it was answering queries, providing updates, or offering support when needed, they each played a part in making the overall experience a great one.
Thanks to the whole team, the process felt well-managed and far less daunting than I expected. I’d definitely recommend Leaders to anyone looking for reliable and supportive estate agents.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience so far dealing with Leaders Northampton branch. The initial contact and updates from Jolanta and Jasmine as we were starting the process was great and the continued support form our account manager Faith Graham has been excellent. As expected with a new build there has been a few settling issues, however using the online portal to log the issues has been straight forward and Faith has had someone out to rectify any issues in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of renting via Leaders.

Helpful everytime
We start to work with Leaders , the Northampton team, in 2022 as tenants . Lillian found the proper house for us in no time and all the process was smooth and easy.
Every single time she helped us, no matter what issue we had.
So, when we decided to rent out our house in 2025, it was a normal decision to work with Leaders again ... and with Lillian ...
We are still very happy with the service provided, even from the other end. Thank you!

From the very beginning we had…
From the very beginning we had exceptional support from Faith at Leaders. She was kind and approachable and answered any queries quickly and efficiently.
Unfortunately, during the referencing process I experienced a sudden and unexpected bereavement. Once again, Faith showed kindness and compassion that was greatly appreciated at this difficult time.
We have now moved in to our new home and, so far, so good.

Great service and smooth process
We had a great experience with the agents who handled our second property. The process of finding a tenant was straightforward and well managed. Pleasant and wonderful
