Leaders - Poole Lettings Avis 

Leaders Letting in Poole, Dorset are a disgrace to the profession. They are treating a bereaved family disgustingly. The family have been trying to get a £700 deposit returned, following the death of a tenant in a rental property. The accommodation was cleared and cleaned. The landlord inspected and was more than happy for the deposit to be returned to the family. That was 7 weeks ago and Leaders are still making up excuses for the delay in returning the money. They pass you around from pillar to post telling lies, blaming systems and making promises. The family are grieving and should not be treated like this. Leaders letting in Poole should be ashamed of themselves.

Sophie in the Letting department who looks after my rental property is extremely efficient and helpful. My only reason for giving 4 starts instead of 5 is that Leaders as an agent generally are a bit slow to respond and it can be hard to get hold of someone to speak to. Other than that I would recommend them

The Property Manager assigned to looking after my property has a professional attitude, is competent and reliable. Not only is Sophie Stevens responsive to answering email queries quickly, she also uses her initiative and asks my tenant useful questions in urgent circumstances so that problems can be resolved quickly. It is therefore not surprising that Sophie is a member of MARLA which stands for Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Agents with this qualification have high professional standards. I am in no doubt that Sophie will rise high in her profession.
