Leaders - Quorn Avis 

I moved into this place when I was studying for my Master's degree. I wasn't in the best places mentally and these people really messed me up. The place wasn't cleaned, like ever, and there was rubbish still out. It is liked they saved this place for the 'scummards' that are too weak to move out. I ask them to do maintenance but they don't, my oven was broken for over a year. It feels like they also know of the nasty contractors that absolutely destroy your sense of self confidence. They made me feel like dirt for asking why they haven't fixed problems. The shower isn't fixed yet after many months of waiting. I was suffering from severe PTSD due to them entering my home whenever they want to. I have recovered much since, hence the ability to speak about it, but I couldn't leave sleep well at all, being a night person. I told them again to stop entering my home without permission over the phone, and they have made no effort to make a resolution.

They told me that the property only had a 'No deposit option'. If you agree to this, you are dirty. I wish I knew that. It is easy to see that the people living here couldn't be othered to clean it and the 'Estate agents' couldn't be bothered to check a home with a 'No deposit option'. I had to live in this home, without the will to leave, being busy. I was trapped here. It is disgusting to think that I will be leaving the place in a better state that I found it it. If you have a deposit, you look after your home better, I think. The home has not been inspected not clean deposit and I have paid so much 'Non deposit option'. I am being stolen from.

These people are really dirty. I have been working as a freelance scientist. And struggled for the past few years to be productive, staying at home. I can now see that they have been thinking about me so much that they have laid their lives on the rug of my life. As I pull it I can feel them crying over me not letting drink my coffee. Have you ever felt so depress they you don't enjoy anything? Who is sitting on you in the morning when you can't get out of bed? Someone who likes to feel like they slept in when they stayed up late? As a shaman, I am exercising these people from my body and ask why I am making their heart different. She is troubled at the idea that she needs me to live. These people bullied me so much that I experienced a very difficult spiritual awaking. I can't go back to sleep. Home has spirits, the spirits of the people who have lived within it. This one is never cleaned: the spirit of the the unhappy tenant. If it be cleaned, the spirit leaves. They amde feel like I was someone else and that I couldn't clean it. I still feel the spirits that enter this home. The astral forms of the 'estate agents' and 'contracters' coming over to leach my life force energy. In contact with the spirit of an estate she claims 'be the spirit of the home is a part of who I am, and if you clean it I will change'. I see the system of dirty people who visit me and suppress my life, eating my food and sleeping in my bed. I shaved my head multiple times. I can't leave as they are staring at me influencing my thoughts. And my spirit still has business in the spirit world, I wanted to be musician. How can you ever live, if you have to clean up so much dirt. A draw in the kitchen had around 200 letters to previous tenants. I'll leave it at that for now, as I can't be bothered.

Me and my husband have just started renting with leaders, phoebe has been the lovely lady looking after us, the whole process of sorting paperwork has been so simple because phoebe let us know step by step what needed to happen, The process has been quick and everyone has been super helpful, thanks to phoebe im moving into a beautiful house.

Leaders have been fantastic in renting our property. We have been dealing with Ben Waters from the Quorn branch and we cannot praise him highly enough. We have a large property which we think is very special. Ben found several suitable tenants and we settled with a wonderful family who we feel confident will be happy there and will take care of it.
