Leaders - Warrington Avis 

They left my partner and I in a flat riddled with mould for months, mushrooms growing in the ceiling and water from the above flats toilet / bath pouring down the bathroom walls. Roaches were constantly coming in through under the carpet and we often found mealworms on the bathroom walls. We reported the mould on a regular basis from August 2023 and as of moving out in May 2024, nothing had been sorted. They kept telling us that all they could do was report it to the landlords. On one occasion, they sent a contractor to repaint the bathroom which made the mould grow back tenfold within a week. We reported the issues again and contacted the landlords directly who were unhelpful and one of them really rude to us. We were told that contractors were attending the flat to fix all the problems, however on the day, two of the landlords friends attended to ‘inspect’ the property. We got extremely frustrated and told our property manager that we were being treated horrendously, to which she said she was no longer communicating with us and swapped us to a new manager.

At the end of tenancy we had to throw away almost everything we owned as it was covered with mould and damp including a wardrobe, drawers, clothes, books and toiletries. Its extremely disappointing to see that the flat has been readvertised with the same pictures they used when we first enquired about the property last year which is very misleading given that the pictures show no mould and an extremely neat garden which was significantly overgrown when we moved in and no gardener would touch it. When we handed the keys back in they requested feedback and when we mentioned all the issues, they seemed very shocked, as if they could find no evidence of it on their system.

Took a tenancy with this agency now back in the beginning of march the process initially amazing Beth couldn’t do enough for me it was simple fast easy however im still yet to move in after so many situations with the property from boiler breaking to how unclean the property way to having a landlord that never responds and now being left with a hole in my ceiling it’s just not good enough. I have been promised numerous things throughout the whole process and not one thing has happened apart from a new flu to the boiler and a carpet clean to one area of the property which you would think cleaning would have been a standard process of any landlord before moving a tenant in.
The managers start to assist you make you feel listened to offer you numerous outcomes to solve a situation but nothing ever rings through true. I was offered a good will gesture from the company basically to hush me up they say it was to help me not hinder me but I’m still yet to receive it seems like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. It takes numerous emails of me getting angry before I get a response from anyone at all. Enough is enough I used this process due to having a parent who unexpectedly fell really poorly & we have now carers in the home which isn’t ideal with my working environment nor for my mum to have people falling over each other the whole process has been stress from start to finish this was the last thing I wanted but it seems I don’t get heard when reaching out for help as I’m told there’s hundreds of queries they deal with a day but I bet them hundred people have a roof over there head and a habitable home when I’m still waiting on a landlord that cannot be bothered to patch a hole in the ceiling a carpet clean so the agents have to fork out for it and a new boiler for 2 weeks as he didn’t respond

As a landlord I endevour I try to be the best I can be for my tenants and expect the same from my piers in the industry.
After waiting now for 7 working days, a phone call and follow up email,
Leaders have failed to provide a letter of reference for a new tenant I am referencing.
I believe Leaders have failed their tenant by dragging their feet or even possibly just ignoring the request either I believe this to be poor and very unprofessional.
After speaking to the new prospective tenant she has informed me they have failed her on numerous requests to get things resolved.
Opinion… no wonder she wishes to leave and move on to better things.
Conclusion
Very very poor Leaders another Angency who are happy to take your money at the beginning but do nothing once the money stops at the end

Leaders were acting as the estate agent in our house purchase and couldn't recommend them enough, especially Ben! Ben was so great and honestly I don't think this house sale/purchase would have gone through without him. He worked tirelessly to chase everyone and anyone to try and get us all updates and progress, he was so responsive and kept us in the loop when needed as well as being just so lovely as well!

Becky has been brilliant in ensuring our process was seamless. From initial inspection of the property through to completion she’s only ever been a phone call away. First experience with Leaders and a great one so far. welcome pack was a lovely touch.thank you Becky x

Leaders Warrington were amazing with us throughout our difficult process. Very professional, very positive and always there for us . Really got the job done . Nothing was too much trouble . Always on the end of the phone even on bank holiday . Won’t use anyone else .

Arranged a viewing and on the day of the viewing rang to confirm to be told they have now sold it. Poor customer service buying via them so wouldn't trust to sell my properties

From beginning to end of the whole experience it was great. Rebecca's personality was especially great!

The only suggestion we have is that possibly when other team members are involved by sending an email or assisting in other was a video call as an introduction might be a nice way to put a face to a name. However all went well.

Me and my partner found a rental property with Leaders and found the process very smooth. Becky was really helpful with any questions we had and managed to us move into our property 2 weeks after securing it. I would consider using Leaders again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone.

Leaders have just taken over the management of the property where I have lived for 4 years.
My oven broke down.
I reported this.
Leaders told me that the person who dealt with this was not in the office but "had probably " dealt with it.
They had not.
I made a 'phone call to the previous Manager and within 1/2 an hour they had resolved the issue.
Leaders are a fraud.
Do not trust this company.

I was looking to rent a property and I was very unsure on the whole process but I honoured to meet my estate agent Rebecca Hill! Cannot thank her enough for everything she has helped me with! Every step of the way been an absolute god send! Always helpful always happy to help and always keeps you updated on the process and will help in any way she can. Picked my keys up and was happily surprised to see i had a lovely little move in box that came with the handover of the keys and a smiling estate agent as usual! Absolutely amazing I highly recommend and will for sure refer her to anyone that is looking to move and use Leaders as their estate agent! I would never go anywhere else!

Ben Stephenson was outstanding. He was the person that stopped my husband from pulling out of the purchase. He answered calls and if not he responded ASAP. Ben is defiantly an asset to Leaders. Out of a rating I personally give Ben 100% and would recommend Leaders.

We moved in with no hassle... It was a smooth and understanding Transaction. Special S/o to Alisha she was very welcoming and nice. I recommend.
