Utter joke. Did virtually nothing helpful during our short occupancy, couldn't even be bothered to let us know how to turn on the heating, in November!

Managed to not even notice one of the steps on the stairs was loose and despite my child falling down the stairs, twice, still made an absolute song and dance about fixing it - which involved three screws!

Landlord was described as being 'a really good one' who then flatly refused to fix anything in the place whatsoever, even refused to pay £9 for a power converter that allowed the TV booster to work, allowing the kids to watch TV in their rooms - when the tenancy agreement specifically stated we had to have a TV license!

I was told I was forbidden to buy and use my own washing machine, they told me I had to use the useless one provided! I ignored that and bought my own, then they actually claimed I was at fault for not cleaning it when we left, despite only having used it for ten days.

Now on exit, they have pretended to not be able to get hold of the landlord, for a month, with holding my deposit. After I lodged a dispute with TDS miraculously they were in contact with the landlord!

They are now trying to charge me £5 for a blown light bulb, when the inventory clearly states that several were blown when we took up occupancy!

The most pathetic, lazy, incompetent, facetious and pretentious people I have ever encountered! I will never consider using them for anything again. You are an utter disgrace to humanity...

Irresponsible property manager (Leon Fritz) and letting agent (James McCloud). I paid £200 for a thorough end of tenancy clean, yet they charge me for a 'dusty couch' which is ridiculous. I left the property much cleaner than it was given to me, and I reported all of the issues yet they did nothing about it.

Edit: look at the response - they say they "strive for nothing less than excellent service" but do nothing about the terrible service? It's just a show - what an incompetent team of customer service, and letting agents, and property managers

Edit: All they do is say "sorry we thrive for the best". Which is a blatant lie - maybe they do not know what thrive means? If they really thrived for the best then they would fix the issue that the property manager is doing - they are charging me money for a 'dusty' sofa - seriously, £90 to wipe off dust off a sofa?

Used Leaders to sell property. As is so often the case, the initial service was excellent, great photos, good communication. Once sale agreed, the estate agent stopped working for me. This is how it felt. I had to keep pushing the cogs forward and received zero emails from my move manager, except where I instigated them.
