They gave me half of order with…
They gave me half of order with assurance 2nd order will be same colour. two times called for 2nd order they change the date of delivery and my work in progress on hault. they do not have delivery date. on 3rd call they said they are not sure if they will get more stock of same item. I have already got half of the house installed different way hoping to get the same colour down the line. now they are not even sure if they are getting more of same colour tiles.

Excellent customer care and products
I find leader trade go above and beyond for their customers and I haven't even bought anything yet. I requested a sample which was the best sample I've received out of all the shops I've been looking at and they even sent me via WhatsApp videos of the flooring which looked amazing. I look forward to making my order with them
