Yet another company that won't permit truthful reviews as to their dreadful offering to be added to their website. Avoid their rip-off plants at all costs. You'll be highly embarrassed if you send a gift to anyone using this joke of a company

This is the second plant I have ordered from Leaf Envy and the quality of both the product and the service is great and I would highly recommend. The plants I have ordered have been delivered quickly and were expertly packaged. They have both been very healthy and just as advertised. The communications with the team is also friendly and helpful and I’ll definitely be ordering more plants in the future.

Wow! Not heard of Leaf Envy before but so glad I found them. What I liked:
1. Quality of plant - it's gorgeous - lush, green, lots of leaves, no damage
2. Fantastic size - always a fear when it's a gift that's going to end up tiny but it was much bigger than expected
3. Delivery and pricing on named day - a reasonable additional cost if it's a gift
4. Pricing - I love the fact that it doesn't have a minimum order cost. Again, great if it's a gift
5. Packaging - excellent, all environment friendly but fit for purpose with out being over the top. Just well designed.
They will be my go to now when looking for plants for myself and as gifts!

I wanted to buy a Sansierva or mother in laws tongue plants already had the pleated variety but wanted the more beautiful yellow and green striped variety.
I am delighted with them only problem I now have the alternative spiky variety an an no so good at getting Road of them, but I’m sure that they will compost fine

I recently received an order that unfortunately arrived with some damage due to transit. However, I was really impressed by how quickly and professionally the Leaf Envy team handled the situation.
After I shared a few photos, Rosie from the customer service team responded promptly, apologised for the issue, and immediately arranged replacements for both plants. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused.
Mistakes can happen with delivery, but it’s how they are resolved that really matters, and Leaf Envy did a fantastic job. I really appreciate the support and would definitely order from them again.

The customer service team were so helpful and responsive. I raised a few concerns over the plant I received and they were very quick to send me a replacement. I did prefer my original to the replacement but nonetheless, they were very helpful and able to resolve the issue quickly! :)

I had an issue with the address registered and the team promptly corrected it. The plants were very well packed, in a healthy state and were delivered in the due time. The team was kind and helpful. I'm definitely buying from Leaf Envy again.

We ordered a bundle of plants for our office.
The plants arrived, but unfortunately one had a bumpy ride to us and was damaged.
I contact Leaf Envy and delt with the extremely helpful Rosie.
To say her customer service was outstanding would be an understatement!!
our damaged plant was replaced in the blink of an eye and Rosie continued to help with paper work and invoices.

I'm 77 years old and have ordered many plants online from many different nurseries.
The 'Fiddle leaf fig' plants received from Leaf Envy are the best plants ever received from any supplier. I just hope they will look so great after a few months of my care.

A good choice of house plants and the packaging and delivery were excellent.

Brought a money tree from leafenvy, initially it was recieved quite damaged from transport, this was partly due to poor packaging but the courier would have also been partially responsible. I sent pictures of the broken branches and ripped leaves to leafenvy and their customer service was excellent. I recieved a partial refund and guidance on how to care for the plant to revive it. I am happy to say a few weeks later it is now thriving with new growth sprouting all over. I would purchase from leafenvy again dispite initial issues as I felt they resolved these appropriately.

My plants arrived few days after ordering very well wrapped & packed the most beautiful healthy plants were delivered I immediately ordered more for my grandson he has a love of the snake plant he said he thought it was artificial as it was so perfect!! Once I make more room I’ll be ordering more!!
