Ledspace Avis

Fantastic service from the team who patiently answered my questions about the product and steered me in the right direction with regards to the right LED lamp for my needs. The kit arrived quickly after submitting the order and is high quality. The colour changing Splash 12 looks fantastic at night and was exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered a strip light but then I had a change of plan. So I immediately emailed them with the change and had a reply from Milena saying that the change was confirmed.Great, I thought, unfortunately it arrived wrong. So I contacted them again and they confirmed the changes with me and said they will collect the wrong one and deliver the new one. I assumed it would be a straight swop over but no, one was collected on a Friday and I had to wait until the following week for the new one to arrive. So unfortunately for me it put my project back a weekend ☹️

Next day delivery nice and convenient. Really good product although I found it a bit fiddly to install initially but an email to Ledspace was promptly responded to and helped. An important note regarding the RGB, very important to get cuts perfect in the end I found it better to remove the cover from the adhesive side where the line was easier to follow. I would say some more involved tutorial videos on the site would be helpful, although the instructions and trouble shooting guides were good I did find a few things from practice that weren't covered and unfortunately ended up with a bit of wastage from the process and had to purchase more strip and connectors and didn't end up with the exact look I originally planned. That said I am very pleased with the finished result, it looks fantastic! Well worth the price.

Quick delivery, goods as per description, instructions clear.
LED strip (seamless) made big improvement in under cabinet lighting.
Easy to fit - as with any work of this nature, the hard bit is getting the power to where it’s needed in a neat & unobtrusive fashion.
The solderless connections were a bit fiddly. Were I to do another installation I’d seriously consider just getting the soldering iron out. But they are fine & obviously good for those that are doubtful about soldering.

High quality product. Well packaged and shipped promptly. Really pleased

Seamless white from LEDSpace are the best led light strips I’ve come across by far. Easy to install with minimal wiring and give a great looking light. Fast delivery great product and easy to use. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely cannot fault the team at Ledspace and am delighted with both the service received and most importantly, the end result. Right from my initial enquiry, through to delivery and then some technical support during installation, every member of the team I dealt with was second to none. They were bright, intelligent and extremely helpful. Many thanks to you all, in particular to Michael and Dave. The Seamless lights are worth every penny.

Got them delivered to a.
local store. Which was much easier to collect in my own time.

Really good service and help acquiring the correct products. Slight issue with order when received but swiftly resolved to my satisfaction.. Would happily use again..

Quality of product from LEDSpace, speed of delivery and technical information on installation all made my under and over cupboard LED strip lighting easy and quick to install and the final lighting effect achieved has recieved praise from rest of family.

Dealing with Michael who has been excellent, good old fashion customer service which is rare, very pleasant, helpful and efficient - keep it up

Extremely helpful when I needed advice and their kits take the headache out of knowing what components are needed.

Love my new lighting! Would recommend again and again as I've never seen lights like this!

The team are very helpful

Good product and fast delivery but didn’t come with any screws to fix the clips which was a bit frustrating when going to do the job then have to go find screws 10 mins after starting.

Excellent service. Great Products and prices with superb fast delivery. I was unfortunate to have a mis picked order with one component missing but was sorted and sent out to me next day. Its been a real pleasure to deal with a company with fantastic customer service. Thanks

Excellent quality product, fast shipping. I had an issue with my lights but the excellent customer service sorted it out.

Super Service and a super product. We opted for a seamless natural white as a replacement for our previous led spot plinth lighting. We already had the sockets under the kitchen units so it was then a matter of measuring the runs and the gaps in-between, LEDspace took my plan and measurements and sent through the individual sets all soldered in the correct places for me to then stick to the underside of the cupboards and was a relatively easy install and the finished result was very pleasing. Couple of things to note the surface you are sticking to needs to be clean, grease free, DRY! and would benefit from a very light sand. Secondly the corner solder joints are generous so provides some flexibility if the sizes are not precise because the strip runs have to be cut to the nearest 5cms. We were worried it would look odd as our dishwasher is situated in the middle of one of our runs but the glow of lights either side make it fine

Fantastic product at a good price , works seamlessly connected to App

Very disappointed. Those connector blocks are useless as it lights up different colour to rest, customer service have mentioned them been fault but wasting whole day to do 1 led is ridiculous, and even then I gave up. Ordered new set. Exactly the same. They are so adamant that all LEDs are tested but they are so crap that after ten minutes all of sudden you will end up with dead area or different colour.
So now I had cut the led longer so connector point is away from show so that it don’t show up when it’s on.
