Customer service like no other!
I ordered macro lenses for our school online and selected the wrong model camera. Frank took the time to contact me, let me know our schools' previous purchases and advise that they weren't compatible. He then organised the correct model and immediately refunded the difference back onto my card. Absolutely stellar customer service. Thank you, Frank!
