Very unhelpful when trying to purchase…
Very unhelpful when trying to purchase a gift card. Multiple unnecessary and non standard security checks and in the end required the person who the gift card was to be for to go to the store in person to resolve.

Hi Daniel. We had a fraud the day earlier for a $500 gift card purchased. This was totally lost as we didn’t do the necessary checks. We since implemented the checks the following day, as we cannot afford to lose more money on a fraud sale. In your instance it wasn’t fraud, however we still need to put a system in place for all online transactions to avoid this happening again. It’s better to work with small businesses, rather than write a bad review, as writing a bad review for a store that is purely trying to protect against fraud is not helpful.

Great camera store
Very helpful experience. Ordered a camera from their online store that was on 'backorder' it arrived within 1 week and I was able to arrange for in store pick up as I live nearby. Will definitely be shopping here again.

The customer service was impeccable from start to finish, i wish i got the guy's name who was helping me but he seemed to be the main one working there, possibly the manager?
He was excellent in explaining the entire ordering process to me - as i live rural and was unsure of postage process.
He was so helpful and really knew how to deal with customers making the entire process an enjoyable one for me.
