Very responsive and good product range.
Quick response to my questions and dispatch of the product. Also, I think it was the only place in Australia at the time that had the particular model of binoculars in stock.

Follow up service second to none
Even though I ordered online and the product wasn't available I was followed up with a phone call to see if I wanted to have a refund or wait for the product to be in stock I chose to wait and still received my product.

Excellent Service
They made a mistake on my order, but foot the cost to get me a better product; great service, trustworthy, and you can rely on them.
I realised half way through that they could have charged me more, but didn’t, so impressed with these guys!

Old style customer service
Enquired if they would be interested in purchasing some secondhand Canon lenses. Responded quickly via chat, so I took a trip up there from South of the River. At the shop they said could I leave them as they very busy. I asked was there any chance of them doing them there and then. They did! With the guy breaking of from his lunch break to assist. I got such a good trade in was able to buy new lens. This is why I always go to this shop. Great service!

Store location could be better…
Products and service in store excellent. Wish i could give a ten here, but really hate the store location. Parking horrendous, even on a Monday morning. Also, was not contacted by online team to let me know my item had arrived.

Hi Donna,
Thank you for the review. We did recently expand parking along our store, but unfortunately the residents along Melrose Street are also allowed to park here. This is as per the City of Vincent and is out of our control in regards to the availability of parking bays.
As for being contacted about your order arriving. A notification was sent by our online team to your email. However, this sometimes can get bounced to junk, depending on the spam filter of your email account. This is something that is common with BigPond email accounts.

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, this is out of our control when it comes to secondhand goods including a box or/and instructions, as this will depend on whether or not the original owner supplies these when selling their goods to us.
Olympus accessories
Purchasing some parts for my Olympus em 5 mk ii. Made an error in online order. No problems in getting exchange to correct product and a full refund of product still in original packaging.
