Leesa is so comfortable & quiet (if that makes sense?). A more restful night due to no movement & roll together with your partner. My only ‘complaint’ is the faint smell.

I love this mattress and have never slept so well....ever!
My boyfriend thinks it’s ok but isn’t as in love with it as I am.

An excellent purchase. More than happy with my Leesa mattress. Very comfortable and good that it does not need flipping. Though handles on the side to aid turning may help. Not a complaint.

Impeccable! True to the company’s words! True from the words of endless reviews which most gave thumbs up! I’m am completely satisfied with this comfort! Only thing I would say, is I’ve been late to work for the first few days as it was so comforting that I just don’t want to get out of bed

A bit of a rubbery smell first week or so but very comfortable

I was very sceptical as I like very firm mattresses but I must say laying on this is the best feeling ever. I don’t feel my partner rolling around! Best sleep ever since we bought it. Cannot recommend it enough.

Shocking service.....took day off work for delivery, their courier claimed the address was not full when in fact it was as they confirmed on the telephone. UPS are awful and their customer service was beyond useless!! Tried to contact leesa direction and went to voicemail first time(not called back yet) and was cut off and sent to voicemail second time later in the day. Live chat does not even work and this feels like a scam as the servic is a disgrace for the money concerned.

I can't comment on the quality of the mattress as a I’ve never received it.

I took a day off work to wait for the mattress. UPS arrived at the gate but did not bother buzzing to let me open it for them and simply left stating I was not home.

The second time – as I couldn’t be home and as advised by Leesa – I left a printout of the UPS page details on my door with instructions about where to leave the parcel and my own signature. UPS didn’t deliver again as they couldn’t be bothered to park their van in front of the gate for a minute (there is lot of space and it does not block the traffic in any way – plus, this is also what all couriers do for all the residents) and trolley the parcel to my door (total distance: 160 meters). Yes, UPS refused to trolley a parcel for 160 meters and Leesa said it was okay.

Considering the absurdity of such an indolent excuse and the overall Kafkaesque situation, I wanted to cancel my order. Nevertheless, Leesa insisted on other delivery attempt – as UPS were (apparently) willing to deliver the same day later in the afternoon and they were going to give me a call to confirm. I accepted. UPS called me and told me that they were not sure they were able to deliver the same day and offered to deliver the day after (Saturday) by 12pm.

I accepted (again, and cancelled my plans for Saturday morning). This time they did not even bother showing up.

I sent Leesa an email to explain everything either asking for a convicting discount or to simply cancel the order.

I waited until Monday afternoon, but Leesa didn’t get back to me. So I simply cancelled and they did not even seem bothered by losing a client like this. Hopefully they are not going to mess up my refund but you never know.

Leesa has a ridiculous business partner (check UPS’ feedback on Trustpilot) and an appalling customer service. If I could, I would rate them -5 stars.

Sadly, we did not get on well with our Leesa Hybrid Mattress. We are larger build people and it felt a little too bouncy and soft for us. Leesa have been absolutely brilliant and good customer service from Olya. She arranged for the British Heart Foundation to collect it, and has promptly refunded my account in full. Cannot recommend this company enough. They were a joy to do business with.

so comfortable. I used to have major issues with lower back pain in the mornings and since sleeping on a lees this has disappeared despite sleeping on it through a pregnancy (the ultimate test!).
Would recommend to everyone!

Excellent mattress - swiftly delivered and extremely comfortable

Best mattress ever, went away for a week and couldn't wait to get back to my mattress! Have had this for a few months now and can honestly say it's worth every penny.

We were really happy with the mattress - it arrived quite quickly and really was ready to use within an hour or so. There is bit of a rubbery smell at first but it soon clears and, most importantly, it's very comfortable to sleep on and breathes well. Would definitely recommend.

Easily the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, strongly recommend, best sleep I've ever had.

Absolute waste of money & backspin ever morning for both myself & my wife.
For the first 3-4 months its fine (100 day trial) but then it dips in the middle & this gets worse over time (about a year now) so that it feels like your sleeping in a hammock only much worse.
We are not overly large people about 80KG each but still it dips & if you look at the warranty it only covers you if the mattress dips by more than 25mm in the middle.
PLEASE PLEASE ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE PAIN.

Being diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis 6 months ago I needed a mattress I would be comfy’relaxed and hopefully sleep better on. In the Leesa mattress I purchased I can honestly say as helped me loads’i feel more relaxed when moving’positioning at times etc. I would recommend trying the mattress and I’m sure you will get the results you want just like I have.

We love our Leesa mattress, our daughter bought hers on our recommendation and loves hers too! Ours is on a sprung slatted base which I was a little concerned about but it is now the comfiest bed we have ever owned.
