I have been playing on Legendz for a little over a year now and it has been my favorite out of the 31 sites that I play on regularly. But now with all of the new updates they just made they are by far my favorite site. They have a great rewards and loyalty program now and their redemptions are always fast and guaranteed. They have some really friendly support members that are always more than happy to help if you have any issues. But I will say that it’s a lot better once you get an account manager/ vip host, I have had ( Jay Dyer ) as my account manager for about a month now and that guy is great, very professional and ready to help in any way. If you luck up you might end up this guy.

2 hour redemption time is not honored

2 hour redemption time is not valid. I’m verified and have a redemption in that’s over 8 hours old. I messaged live chat who said they would get me in touch with someone who can help and please wait. An hour later, i receive a canned message telling me to email guest services services for help.

I emailed guest services with no response. So 8 hours with no redemption and 2 hours with no response from guestservices other than the canned we’ll get back to you ASAP reply.

While many redemptions are processed quickly, some can take a bit longer depending on volume and review checks. That said, the delay and lack of follow-up you experienced isn’t the level of service we aim for.

I am sad that I have to fight every time I do my redemption here. I have spent more money than I have lost and they don't send me emails like I am supposed to for redemptions. Any way someone can help. I want to change this review if they could only respond

Edit: they fixed it. It just was a mess to do. I will probably not play here anymore unless they improve the redemption process

I have spent thousands

I have spent thousands. I never win shit on this site. Im sure it's designed this way! I won the first tome i played a year ago a little bit every since that absolutely zero. Plus the bets will randomly go up to like 2p bucks a spin on their own and you dont realize it until your balance is so low and wonder wtf then see it went from 6 to 20. It's just not a trustworthy site.

Awesome customer service…

I wanted to leave a quick note regarding the excellent service I received today. I was looking to process my first redemption, which can often be a slow or complicated process at other sites.
The representative I spoke with was incredibly efficient. She stayed on top of the request and had everything processed in a matter of minutes. There was no unnecessary back-and-forth—just direct, helpful support.

[Another fine day of being sucked dry by Legendz. They advertise the best return to player. Thats garbage. I keep testing this site and it keeps coming up short. The customer service is great but the game play is just lose lose lose. Rarely, and I mean rarely will you ever hit a free game. Drop 3 or 4 hundred and get a win for a couple dollars. I'm close to thinking this is a scam site now. Play at your own risk. I will keep updating everyone. ]

Great platform, fast payout

UPDATE- PAID both redemptions within an hour of redeeming

I haven’t played here in a bit but I did today and have 2 pending redemptions. If my redemptions are paid without a problem, I will definitely be playing here a lot more. They have a great selection of games and the platform is easy to navigate. I will update my redemption process. As of now, they deserve a 5 star rating. I feel confident things will go smoothly. I won over 3000 I'm paid giftsbcards but no cash

On 11 /14/2025 I won over 3000 on a single slot and I put in my redemption I was paid 4 200 gift cards 3 eBay 1 Burlington coatfactory but I put in for 3000.00 cash and that's when I received and email said my account was closed and I did not do any thing wrong said I was scamming but that's I'm possable I was playing on a Motorola cell phone and they said I had multiple accounts which I did look into and I did not if there was a second account it never had any moneys played on it free orno5 and it would have came from there sight saying add Facebook to your account I did infact push the Facebook button one time as I thought it would link to my brand new legendz account and why would they partial pay me the gift card but not pay me my cash part the shut down my account and refuEd to talk to me I do have a responding emails I used my capital one signature card to deposit here after I won because I didn't want to stop the cash out and they didn't mind me depositing over and over from a true real credit card and when I stop depositing of my credit card thats when I got the email they were not paying me now I absolutely did not rig or even try to rig or take advantage of there system what so ever like I said I was play in a Motorola edge 2024 it's impossible and multiple accounts as this casino was brand new at the time only reason I opened my account is because the sign up deal was pretty c

I need my address updated on the game so I could add new bank information to be verified to redeem. I connected to a guy named Brayden on customer service and he had my account fixed, and my address changed within the hour. No other casino ever has ever done that without it taking days and having to start your account over. Great service

I attempted to sign up to this platform but my account was immediately blocked, multiple attempts over a month to contact support has not resulted in any resolution. I am still unable to use this platform despite never having used it before.
