But tonight they started rejecting my redemptions with no explanation. Support is saying they'll look into it so i will edit accordingly

You know as much as I do!
Legendz is one of my favorite sites to play on, although after today I'm kind of second guessing that opinion... I've had an account for well over a year and today was the first time I've been able to redeem a prize. While redeeming I noticed that it says "2 hours redemption guaranteed" i submitted my redemption around 12pm today and it's 8:30pm and I still have not received it. Even though I messaged support around 3:30ish and again around 6:30ish asking the status and if they needed anything from me and they said "I can't guarantee a 2 hours redemption time, you will get an email when it's reviewed"
Big bummer! Fingers crossed it goes through..

Legendz.com has been a fair impression from the other social casinos I play on. The UI is very user friendly, modern, and they’ve got thousands of games available. I pretty much exclusively stick to their House games because Keno is king!! But the biggest reason to play here is the redemption speed. Most social casinos make you wait days, but Legendz processes card redemptions in under 2 hours every single time. Simple payment setups too.
Their support team is actually helpful. Anytime I’ve had a quick question or issue, customer service replied fast and sorted it out without a headache. Solid site all around.

I am writing this review to share my actual experience with Legendz, as my cash redemptions have consistently failed to process.
Between April 7 and April 13, I had pending cash redemptions for $2,000, $4,000, and $1,400. Despite sending over 40 emails and providing requested screenshots and screen recording videos multiple times, the redemption issues were never resolved, nor did I receive a follow-up explaining why my cash payouts failed. While small gift card redemptions ($50 and $60) went through, cash redemptions continue to fail across all payment methods, including bank account transfer, debit card, and Skrill.
Customer support repeatedly asks for the same troubleshooting steps (screenshots and videos) without resolving the underlying system error or providing a clear path to receiving cash winnings. Telling customers to reach out via social media after weeks of unresolved official support tickets is unhelpful.
Until cash redemptions process reliably and customer support can effectively troubleshoot payment errors, I cannot recommend this platform for real-money play.

YOU GUYS CONTINUED TO ASK ME TO SEND A SCREEN SHOTS OF THE ERROR AND DO A VIDEO THAT WAS DONE NUMEROUS TIMES BUT YOU NEVER DID TRY TO HELP ME WITH MY REDEMPTION OR FOLLOW UP SO STOP WITH THE LIES. THE ONLY THING I GOT FROM LEGENDZ WERE MY GIFT CARD REDEMPTION FOR 50 AND 60 DOLLARS NEXT, THE CUSTOMERE SERVICE DONT RESEARCH YOUR ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEYLL KEEP ASKING YOU TO DO THE SAME THING "SCREEN SHOTS" THAT WERE SENT 15 TIMES.LASTLY, I WON THIS MORNING TRIED TO CASH OUT IT WAS A NO GO AGAIN. I TRIED MY BANK ACCOUNT, MY DEBIT CARD AND SKRILL NOTHING WORK. HOW IS IT THAT YOU GUYS DIDNT KNOW THAT THERE IS A GLITCH WITH REDEEMING CASH WINNINGS BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT SUPPORT DOES. This place is the biggest scam I have seen at first I thought it was a great place. Offered 100$ for a first time 250$ SC I verified my account grabbed the package started to play. My wife who also plays online casinos made her own account and wanted to play. She created one and noticed the promotional offer was not offered to her. Almost seemed like maybe because she was a woman but I couldn’t tell you why. But customer service said she needed to update her phone number to receive the new player promotion. The moment she did that she was banned out of the blue had never even made a purchase yet. The very next day my account was banned out of the blue..
If you want to spend money and support a website that will ban you for absolutely nothing legendz is the place to go. I had high hopes for them and never in all the time gambling have I had a place treat us like this. ( oh we messaged there customer guest service email and not a single email back ) After this experience I wouldn’t trust them with even 1$

The game is all around very predictable. I am a low to high stake gambler when I do low steaks the RTP is very low maybe out of five times one time I’ll get like 100 X or 150 X on the low denominations now on the ones that I actually bet real money on as in five to $10 a spin or $50-$100 a hand they always seem to come out on the other side of not winning a thing I literally just put $700 up on one slot and was betting five dollars a spin and hit no bonus not even a line pay over $20.

I don’t remember how i found out about Legendz. I do remember the first night i played i left with a epic win. And had my winnings in less than 24 hrs.
Then i moved, only a few miles away. But there was a issue and the customer service worked diligently to resolve my issue. These folks gave me a direct line to them so we could communicate more efficiently. No one was rude or disrespectful. I really enjoyed working with them.
