5 minutes to convince me they’re sketchy
My experience, I signed up by creating my account. Scrolled through the games on the homepage. Clicked the GC/SC toggle and it asked for my name, address, and phone number. I entered those and the site kicked me out. Tried to log in it says Error: Account Locked.
That’s it. Couldn’t have been on the site more than 2 minutes.
Support was an AI chatbot with a generic, “try a different device” message.
Naa. I just wanted to gamble a bit for some fun. But i like games and not betting on the site being sketchy or not.

No thanks. I don’t think the quality of support someone receives should be different because they took their time to share their experience and opinion.
Besides, if they sorted out what happened and I got access, I’m not going to trust a casino that can’t handle something as easy as account creation.
You all have the info to see my account and look up what happened in your logs.
But if this message wasn’t just a throw off message to present the appearance you’re you try and help people, leave another message and I’ll raise the score of my review and help QA the problem with your support team.

I registered at this casino and everything was going well. I bought a 100 SC package and then they closed my account with the winnings still in it. I don't want my account back, I just want my investment refunded. I don't want the winnings back either, just my investment refunded to my original payment method.

I won 2800, they banned me instead of paying
I started with around 100 dollars and won 2800 or so, I kept playing, losing about 200 more. I went to go cash out the 2600 and they locked my account saying it needed to be reviewed. They said they would contact me, I didn't hear anything for about a month so I ask them again and then they banned my account because they said it was suspicious. What kind of fair play is this?! Don't trust, they will just take your money win or lose.

My account manager always goes above and beyond to make my experience as best as possible. On top of that she also tries to connect on a personal level by asking about my day or my son and him playing baseball. Tara really makes Legendz that much better than I already thought it was.
