Horrible experience
Bought a package won $1000 jackpot. Attempted to verify my account and that took 3 weeks of back and forth emails. Them claiming my names didnt match because on my ID it uses my middle initial and what they had was my middle name spelled out. Them claiming it was not the same name multiple times . After about a month and me threatening to report them. I finally got helped and diring my chat a man told me to leave a review. Only did it to get my money. They sent the money right away after seeing I left a good review. Anyway, horrible experience with this casino. Dont wven bother putting your money into it. They will have you running around for weeks hoping you play through your winnings and they won't have to pay out.

Redemption request showing processed on their side and not receiving the funds into my bank account. They didn't get kicked back and Legendz will not refund me my money. It should be a simple process of analyzing the attempted wire transfer to find out where the funds are being held. They are no help with this. Frauds

Legendz is legit, Only 1 minor issue with debit card,
I had minor issues with getting my debit card verified, But shortly after submitting a few tickets, I’ve got everything fixed and Legendz paid me instantly for my FIRST redemption! Give it a shot. Just make sure you get yourself verified correctly, Have your documents & your good to go! :)

Don't waste your money. I won 1200 played it down to 300 tried to cash out and after sending them all my information they blocked my account. Tried contacting customer support and they just keep sending the same damn message that my account is under review. Bullshit. The company they use to verify your information accepted everything so why would it be under review? Because it's just like the others and is a scam. I'm filing with the FTC and FBI Internet crime services

Spend a lot of money, get little to nothing in return. You can spend enough money to be considered "VIP" but theres no difference if you have the title or not because the rewards are horrible either way. You could spend $500, not win anything, but hey, you now have enough rewards points to get 10 spins at .10 cents a spin! But dont worry, odds of winning anything on those are also slim to none. Then when you ask customer support if maybe the could help you out with complementary sc, your lucky if you get a whole $5 in sc to the $500 you just gave them without hitting anything. Don't worry, you wont hit off that 5sc they gave you either. Like I said in the first sentence give a lot get little to nothing.
