Legion Of Vapers Avis

I've used LOV since around 2018. Rarely had an issue and any issues have usually been the fault of whatever delivery service I've used.
The customer service team at LOV always go above and beyond to fix any situation that I've had.
They see a loyal customer and treat them as such.
Prices are always very good, they have a pretty varied selection but it's the customer service and sense of community they provide that always impresses me.

Fabulous vape kit and fabulous service as always from Legion of Vapers. 1 day delivery which is amazing. Great communication on messenger too answering questions ❤️

Been using LOV for nearly a year now and I've always been really pleased with their service and speed of delivery. You can tell the site is curated by somebody that's into vaping, they have a great selection of products and recommend their own choices if you're a little lost with the myriad of choice available in the vaping market. I won't go anywhere else now! Fantastic company. The only minor, and I mean very minor issue is perhaps the stock levels on some stuff, but it's to be expected with how much product they stock. Thanks LOV

Never had a problem with ordering over the last 5/6 months however my most recent purchase the incorrect vape heads were sent. I sent an email to the company a week ago and didn't even get an acknowledgement let alone a response or a solution. Have now started using a different company due to not getting a response.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my liquids, great prices and fast delivery!

fantastic service.Delivered next day. Will order all my vape gear from them in future

Fantastic company.
I originally ordered a vape mod from them as they were the only vape store that had the mod and colour I wanted. The price was cheaper than anywhere else too. Since then I have made several orders with them. I must say I’m very impressed with their service. Regular emails to let you know that your order has been dispatched.

Liquid is top quality, loads of flavour ., always delivered promptly.

Always a prompt delivery and great service.

Good price, correct items, good packaging and they followed my request.

Always first class service from them. I don't know how they do it but Always get my order next day

Brilliant vape store! Their customer service is first class. I did have a little mix up with my order but they sorted it all out within 24hrs and 1 day later i got my order. I've ordered from many online vape stores in the past but none have come close to how good legion of vapors are. The delivery was lightening fast, contacting them, then getting a reply was lightening fast and returns/redelivery was lightening fast too! I highly recommend this company and i will be recommending them to all my vaper peeps!

Amazing service from start to finish
Fantastic product

Quick delivery of great items

I made a couple of large vape orders recently with sub ohm, liquids, tanks. I was really pleased to find lots of little extras inside! Lovely touch!

Great company, really good prices, and they always seem to have the latest vapes quicker than other stores. Good delivery times and a lot of payment options which is really appreciated!

Only improvements:
- Loyalty scheme for repeat customers - NOT ENOUGH COMPANIES DO THIS?!
- A contact number. Sometimes I order from other sites with numbers as I can make certain requests or ask questions without the email waiting times.

Top tier company! Took a lot to take me away from my last shop!

* Additional Clarification **
Seen a few bad return reviews that confuse me. I received a vape that rattled (manufacturer issue), they offered a replacement as soon I sent them a recording. Even though the box was opened and damaged etc they were still happy to replace. Ended up keeping it in the end but can’t fault the service. It’s very standard to show evidence - and have the box QR code as they sent it back to the manufacturer. Not sure why the other reviews are so harsh given market standards.

THIS COMPANY OPERATES ABOVE MARKET STANDARDS FOR RETURNS!!

Amazing company and products with very competitive prices exceptional customer service and delivery quicker than going to the shop yourself, wouldn't order from anywhere else 🏆

Very good on price and service, prompt delivery

The best vaping website I’ve ever used! I make a bulk order every month usually about 17 liquids to qualify for free delivery. Fantastic place to shop with an option of emailing them if you have any issue placing your order. Best delivery speed at no extra cost Read a review saying 'They chuck in goodies, like bags and tee’s which I think is super kind and makes me feel valued as a customer!' Bit sad after reading other reviews I dont get and free goodies haha but you know what I dont care wouldnt use a bag or t shirt anyway haha - going to stick with this company dont even google anyone else. Keep up the great work. 100% recommended.
