Knowledgeable Staff and Friendly Welcome
The staff and Opticians were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt listened to with concerns with my eyes.
Store was clean and bright. Eye test was much better and more specific than general high street stores. Time was taken and the appointment was not rushed.
However, glasses prices were much higher than a big chain store.

The optician was very helpful

Superb staff.
Superb staff who are highly professional, explain things clearly and are very nice to deal with. What more could one ask for!
My only criticism is directed at the requested online feedback form. Like so many others it's far too long and asks too many stupid questions. I shall not bother again unless it's cut to 5 or less.

Excellent quality of service
For me, Leightons easily surpass other opticians that I have used (Boots and Specsavers), definitely recommended.

Six week post op check up following my cataract surgery.
I was very pleased with Dr. Amar Mudher who did a thorough eye check and explained everything very well to me. Also the male staff member who helped me choose my frame and order my glasses. Admin staff are all helpful and courteous and I appreciated the text reminder sent to me about my appointment.

Have known the staff for a long time as…
Have known the staff for a long time as they were with Praills before they merged with Leightons. Friendly,lovely, couldn't ask for more than that.
Glasses are never the cheapest thing in the world but you don't mind when you have experienced staff advising you.
I apologise I cannot remember the two staff members names but they both worked for Praills and need to be commended for their work
