Excellent all round service
Excellent service from staff from a thorough eye test to help with choosing both reading glasses and sunglasses with helpful and genuine advice. I never felt rushed and it was a first class experience all round and I would highly recommend them.

A very thorough vision check!
Went to Leighton's because my vision had changed since I was checked last August. I saw Selim Rehman who I think went way over and above to test different aspects of my vision and then to refer me onwards. I felt very confident that he knew what he was doing and was grateful for his thorough explanations.

Excellent service at leightons opticians and hearing care in woodley . Eleanor was exceptional. She was caring and very efficient and gentle in her approach. She managed to fit my son in for an appointment at very short notice which was appreciated.

Very professional treatment
Thanks to both Sandeep for answering all my questions particularly regarding UV exposure and Cataracts.
Beth was very patient with me trying out alternative frames and lense treatment.
Both were very detailed in their examination, explanations and I appreciated the very professional treatment. It made me as a valued Client, very happy from the initial consultation to the final product.

New Varifocals
Just received first new pair of varifocals and am delighted - they arrived sooner than anticipated and having tried out the new prescription have ordered sunglasses with same rx- all staff encountered were friendly and helpful

Can’t thank Leightons enough
Can’t thank Leightons enough for their support and expertise. I was called in for an emergency appointment within hours after concerns I raised when booking a routine eye test. Fortunately I was fine but felt very well cared for. Then had a really enjoyable time being assisted with choosing specs. Learned so much about all the options and branch manager very generous with her time.

Leightons returning customer
Leightons returning customer.
Reminder for annual eye test arrived fom Leightons. Phoned for appointment for a couple of working days hence as always a good experience and punctual. The examining optician engaged in clear explanations regarding all tests, and gave clear answers to any questions raised.
Tests over, handed over to an assistant to explore fantastic choice of frames in store, from nhs to top designers, to help selection, and take measurements for new glasses. I decided to recycle frame purchased last year with new prescription lenses, so able to decine this service and continue to information of various payment options. Chose and completed, informed my new specs can be collected at sometime to be advised within the next 10 days.

Unresponsive patient support email address
After a poor experience at Leightons I sent an email outlining the issue to their patient support email address. One week later I've had no acknowledgement or reply.
