The inspector did a very detailed job, which I very much appreciated. I also purchased the "talk me through the results" which was also great very knowledgable person.

Further to the review I wrote on the 27th, we have found the water inlet was cross-threaded. If he really reviewed the water he would have seen a MASSIVE leak under the trailer whenever water was run in the rig. There went $1,106 to my repair guys. This inspector had no experience with RV's: He did not review the roof vent caulking or sides for water damage. He did not attempt drainage of grey or black water tanks. He did not verify oven pilot operation. He did not inspect the underside panels/insulation.

The inspection was good, but my personal notes / requests were not looked at and they did not call out that these requests could not be carried out for any reason. This service is great if you just want a basic tick the boxes nothing major type report. Deep discover you may want to consider another service.

A thorough evaluation conducted. However, a couple of stones left unturned.

While the inspection was helpful in informing my purchase decision, several items were missed that I would have liked to know about when negotiating the purchase price. While some of these items may have been more difficult to identify without putting the vehicle on a lift (e.g., some leaks, bad rotors, shocks, etc.), I believe other issues could and should have been noticed and documented (e.g., hood not latching, missing locator on sliding door, loose bumper panels, cuts to door panel, etc.).

I had a pick-up I was looking at buying that was over 2 hours away from me. I sent the Lemon Squad out to look at it since it was that far away, and they were able to identify potential issues that kept me from making a bad purchase. Thanks to the Lemon Squad, I didn't waste my time and money by making a bad purchase.

He was very thorough and took lots of pictures. Made it easy for me to target the problems. He checked out things, I didn't even know to check.

I did a BBB review of this company and the reviews were a little bit better than the middle. For the price, I decided to try em, after all I was looking at a 50K car 6 hrs away, who else was going to inspect the vehicle with the knowledge of a mechanic. Long story short, on a Tuesday I requested the inspection from a small dealership outside of Atlanta, Thursday, with access to the report, I purchased the vehicle on Friday, had it for Father's Day on Sunday. The following Wednesday, a local mechanic performed the same type of inspection, just to make sure Lemon Squad didn't pencil whip me with their inspection and both inspections were the same. So thumbs up to Lemon squad

I am a 20 year veteran of the classic car business. I have dealt with good inspectors, bad inspectors and everything in between. Lemon Squad is by far the worst. Recently they have started sending inspectors that don't even know how to drive manual transmission cars. I know personally one of the inspectors who runs his own inspection service and says Lemon Squad is a joke. They have farmed all inspection reports out to the Philippines and take the inspectors report if it's perfect and inject negatives into the report so there is zero chance for them to take any liability or get a bad report. They figure every old car has rust or needs work even if it doesn't. I won't be allowing any further inspections from this terrible company. I advise anyone else to look for an experienced local inspector not trust this cookie cutter corporate failed experiment. They suck.

Sent a lemon squad inspector to look at a bmw for my kid..only to have the inspector buy the car from under me. Unbelievable, heartless, POS

The inspection was thorough, but missed a couple things: it noted uneven tire wear but did not note that every tire was a different model/year as the cause. It also incorrectly stated that the cruise control worked when it did not.

It also took constant prompting to the company to get the inspection to be scheduled and then to get the report.

I was going to purchase a vehicle that was out of state. The pictures looked good at the dealership; however the mechanic found a minor issue with the motor. Lemon Squad's mechanic saved me thousands of dollars. The service was easy to order and for the cost well worth it. I highly recommend using Lemon Squad for any vehicle purchase that you plan on making if you don't have the mechanical expertise.
