I spoke with Zach Renderos today. He was very friendly, and very easy to talk to. I felt he was really interested in trying to help me with the best plan that would work for me. For the first time in a long time I truly enjoyed talking to a customer service orientated person who seemed to be truly interested in making me happy and not looking for a potential client.
