I worked with Mack Ruffin. He was amazing and made a very difficult conversation bearable. This was something that I did not want to do but he made it relaxing and more reassuring for me. I am very pleased with his help and answering all of my questions.

Mr.Ruffin service was so awsome not only was he very informative he made sure I understood every thing before he moved to the next.He wasnt quick to just pile information on to quick.He seemed to understand that This was all new territory for me.He really seems to have a real grasp of dealing with seniors.I really could not have did it with out you Mr.M Ruffini.lol

This man is friendly and knowledgeable. He misinformed me about the how things work. I found out by speaking with the company legal team which is honest . This gentleman needs to be reasinged.

My experience was great . My person to help me was Chris Chartier and he explained everything in detail and had everything worked up for me to show me the amount I was saving. I will be debt free 2 years earlier and saving over $10,000 in interest.

Well I was very surprised at first. Didn't know how true this was. Mack Ruffin was very knowledgeable and wanting to help me. He did a very outstanding job. 5 stars is NOT enough!
I cannot say enough great things about working with Peter Nguyen at Lendvia! From start to finish, Peter was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to explain every step of the loan process in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
