I feel it is a breach of confidentiality for this company to gain personal financial information and send this type of letter to me to assist another business to make more sales. I guarantee you that I will not do business with the auto dealership that was highlighted in this letter. I have used the opt-out feature so no more solicitations will be sent to me.

I received a letter regarding the car loan amount
I received a letter regarding the financial status of my car. The information in this letter proves you invaded my private information. You are NOT entitled to this information. It will be reported to the BBB as well as the State Attorney General. This is just wrong what you have done and continue to do to others. What is sad is that others would fall for this scam. Not me!

The employees were quick to help me with my needs and show me my options, explaining things in great detail throughout thw whole process. Didn't end up refinancing but walked away with a new car I am very happy with my purchase.

Pleasant experience
It was my first time to ever trade a vehicle I went to All Star Dodge and I had no clue what to expect. I was met by a guy named Ryan who was extremely helpful asked what I was interested in and I told him a sports car he pointed me to the direction of a 2023 challenger. I was telling myself "ain't no way I'm gonna be able to leave here with that" fast forward a bit I test drive the car and fell in love with it. A gentleman named Fonzie helped me understand the process and made me feel a lot better about the trade very enthusiastic and funny guy. They made sure I came out of that place a happy camper. Very nice people I liked the environment and the whole process was not stressful at all. It was a very pleasant experience at All Star Dodge Ram Jeep Fiat Amarillo TX!!
