Had initial plan to go to another dealership, but reveived recommendation from Victor at Lendward to visit Premier Dodge in Buena Park. Glad i took his advise. Location was easy to access. With a specific model in mind, Ozzy listened to what i wanted and even went out of his way to go get the vehicle i wanted from another location instead of pushing inventory in stock. The finance side with another very personable Ozzy went as smooth as it could be. There was no overwhelming sales pitch for add ons other than the items that would really benefit my interest and the process was quick and efficient. Great service was followed by a great vehicle purchase. Very satisfied.

Today I went in with little to no hope of getting a vehicle….
And left out with a certified vehicle that I truly adore! lenward was aware of my situation and reassured me that I was going to leave with a vehicle today. They did not disappoint. I was skeptical due to all other dealerships giving me high hopes only to turn me away from getting a vehicle of my choice in the past. And they came and delivered! I am genuinely pleased with my conversation with Victor. He worked above and beyond my expectations. He thoroughly informed me on all my inquiries. I had absolutely no feelings of being pushed on offers. Most impressively, i am not a customer. Victor was this helpful regardless of the high possibility i was window shopping.
