Virtually no returns!

The so called 14 day return guarantee is nonsense. They resist any returns and state that “ If you insist on returning the product, you need to follow these steps:

1. You will need to return the product to China yourself and bear the return shipping costs, customs duties, and a 15% refund processing fee;

2. If the product is damaged during the return process, there will be no refund. Therefore, please purchase insurance for the package;”

Impossible to return unwanted items for refund

They sell items without disclosing the manufacturer so you can't compare costs with other retailers. When it arrived, I realised I could have bought the same product at nearly half the price elsewhere.

When I emailed Lenniemart to request a return address "Sienna" replied with BS info trying to convince me to hold onto the item and refused to provide a return address. After 5+ emails back and forth "Sienna" has now said "You will need to pay for shipping costs, substantial customs duties, and a 15% refund fee"...and still no return address.

I would advise not to go near this company.

I have reported them to UK Trading Standards/Citizens Advice and UK International Consumer Centre. If anyone else is also able to do this it may help get them shut down.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I paid £129 for a fitness band and when it arrived I worked out that they have shipped it directly from temu. The listing on temu is £15. Not only this but the fitness band Dosent even capture data correctly and the company are refusing a refund even tho they have a 14 day refund guarantee on their website. Stay well away

Overpriced and Poor Quality Product

I purchased the Smart Fitness Band from LennieMart for £129 and it has been a very disappointing experience.

Firstly, delivery took far longer than expected. When the product eventually arrived it was immediately clear that the quality was not what you would expect for something at this price point.

The device itself is extremely poor. The accompanying app does not work properly and the band frequently fails to capture data correctly. For a fitness tracker costing £129 you would expect something that competes with other established brands in the same price range. Unfortunately this product falls well short.

In reality it feels like a very cheap generic fitness tracker that has been heavily marked up. It simply does not perform as advertised and does not justify the price.

Overall I regret purchasing it and would not buy from LennieMart again. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere before spending money with this company.

Absolutely shocking - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Absolutely shocking. Bought a smart ring which I want to return because it’s uncomfortable. So far I’ve exchanged 12 emails with Lenniemart where they’ve asked me to offer the ring to friends and family, replace it with a bracelet and they still haven’t provided details for me to return it. This is a complete scam. Do not buy from them.

Gave 1 star because can't give zero stars. Really do not deal with these people. They won't accept a return purchase from me because "I have opened the package and they will now have to throw it away" I've opened the package to see a cheap replica of a Health bracelet - haven't even taken it out of the box.
Really spend your money somewhere else and if you are lucky enough to get them yo accept a return - you need to send it back to China at your expense also paying the customs fees and insurance and reading between the lines they won't accept delivery so you'll get no refund.
Chinese company offering shocking goods.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Said they couldn’t deliver to my address, after they took my money. Wanted to charge another £15 because their delivery company couldn’t find my UK address - then said I needed to give a ‘friends’ address. Do not trust them. Claimed money back through credit card after about 10 ridiculous email exchanges. Do not go near!

Getting a Refund Was Way More Complicated Than It Should Be

I cancelled my order within the company’s stated 6-hour cancellation window and before the parcel entered courier delivery. Despite this, I was repeatedly told a percentage fee would be deducted. The fee changed several times (15%, then 10%, then 8%) with different explanations given.

Courier tracking later showed the parcel was collected many hours after my cancellation, contradicting the claim that it had already shipped. The company continued to rely on a policy clause relating to cancellations during delivery, which did not apply in this case.
As I had paid with my Credit Card I kept referring to section 75 and how I would retrieve it through my provider

The website presents itself as a UK (.co.uk) business but shows no physical address, and responses only arrived during very early-morning UK hours, making resolution difficult.

After a week of persistence and refusing to accept partial refunds, a full refund was eventually issued and received.

Same as all of the others!

Same as all of the others - my partner ordered a smart band and it was defective. Tried to return it within their 14 day return and refund guarantee window and they are refusing a return. We will be reporting to trading standards as everyone else has but in the mean time it appears these guys will continue to scam people.

!DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY! The product doesn't do accurate reads. When you try to return it they'll charge refund fees, post,... their customer support doesn't really support you. AVOID! Buy somewhere else. Waste of money!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Purchased a smart ring. Decided it wasn’t for me. The tech is questionable. Felt uncomfortable to wear also. Many many many emails later I am still no closer to returning the ring. Constant delay tactics. Offers of laughable discounts. Asking me to consider letting a family member have the ring! Telling me how popular the ring is and how brilliant the tech is. I’m still waiting on the return address. Save yourself money and time. Terrible company!

I echo the other reviews. AVOID!!! Paid £129 for a fitness band which was not worth the money. Researched best buy website which was obviously fake. The website states .co.uk, no indication it is china based. I too have reported to trading standards.

Dodgy

Dodgy, dont buy anything from these guys. Show all over their website its a 14 day return policy......yeah, it is.....post back to China with insurance at your own cost(even though its come from uk) and only if it's not open. Push and push offering you shit reductions to keep it. Ignore all the articles praising.....avoid

Nightmare company need to be closed down

I ordered this also using the fake link on techlader, and it arrived quickly. At no point did it appear to come from China...I was bought another frame for Xmas and it was loaded, and so have been trying to return this one. They keep offering me discounts, and won't give me a return address. Following from a review on here, I emailed them again, now they are saying the same, restocking fee, insurance plus, plus plus....what a nightmare. I paid via Amex so will be taking it up with them to see what they can do. Nothing on their website made me think it was rouge or was a non UK Company.

These guys are rogue traders - AVOID

These guys are rogue traders - AVOID. I ordered a digital photo frame from them, or more specifically from their other rogue website enviox.co.uk (there may be more). It was advertised as a high-tech, high-quality product, and was voted best in class by a so-called tech-comparison website (techlidar.org) that turned out not to be legitimate either and are part of the scam. The techlidar website had a link first to enviox.co.uk, and later to lenniemart.co.uk, which look pretty much identical websites and are both registered to the rogue company behind it all (AEGISTEC LIMITED, Room F103, 449 Chester Road, Manchester, M16 9HA - Companies House # 16486289 - Incorporated on 30 May 2025 - director MR WAH HONG STEPHEN LEE born in 1965 and based in the UK, although mostly controlled by Lin Li Pan based in China with a correspondence address in Hong Kong and born in 1989). When the product arrived (from China) it was immediately clear that it was a low-quality, low-budget product, with a flimsy frame and light scratches on the screen.

I requested a refund from them multiple times, and with the help of Citizens Advice Consumer service, who have reported the company to Trading Standards, I have explained my rights for a full refund to them but to no avail. Despite being a UK-registered company, they are asking me to return the goods to a Chinese address whilst bearing the shipping costs, customs duties, insurance, and a 15% returns processing fee myself. Citizens Advice Consumer service have advised me not to do so, as I will end up paying even more, have no product, and be very unlikely to receive any refund. I have now also reported them to the Advertising Standards Authority. Together we can close these scammers down.
